I've been pulled over in North St Louis when I was trying to take a short cut. The cop said he pulled me over because I "didn't fit in" ie I was either lost and in danger or there for a crack purchase(I'm white).

Well, sign me up for the Crack Package!!

Would that be the bus tour, the cruise or the horse-drawn carriage 'deluxe cultural-immersion' special?  This features overnights at fortified crack-houses which are guarded by well-armed representatives of local social clubs who will keep you enthralled with hands-on experience, interacting in the vibrant nightlife of the community.

What's the problem? Just a few years ago Minneapolis, MN was referred to as Murderapolis. The thing of it is is, about 95% of the murders took place in two extremely concentrated areas of the city. In the rest of the city you could leave your house and hardly ever get murdered.

Obviously....yet ANOTHER Democrat stronghold.

There will never be a shortage of the all-important Dead Voter in this district.

Trickle-down economics lives!

Crackheads form an essential niche in the economics of the city.  Without them, 75% of all law enforcement officers would be out of work, emergency rooms would be quiet and the funeral business would go slack.

"Frankly, the only reason anyone would go there would be to purchase crack cocaine."

Or to vote Democrat!

I'm sure that all local representatives have very safe seats, as they have a solid and loyal constituency.

Don't forget the huge industry of glass tube, with a miniature rose within, sales, and copper brillo pads.

Crackheads obviously form an essential element in the vibrant cultural and economic mosaic of the city.

I'm guessing that a black motorist would never be similarly stopped if he were to go through a wealthy, low-crime "white" section of town...that would be terribly insensitive and grounds for an instant Racial Harassment conviction.

I don't see a problem.  If people are going to insist upon living like animals and murdering each other at the slightest provocation, it seems that in this case they are confining their Cultural Expression to a Select Community.  Sounds like a source of community pride.

I hear that Houston is legendary for causing job burnout among EMS workers.

True enough. I s'pect that's true in about every major city in the world.

Will there be Crack-tivities for the kids?

Bringing children along for your Crack Package St Louis tour is encouraged, as they are a highly sought-after element of the local culture and commerce.  Your tour guide (chosen from among thousands of stab victims released from hospitals every month) will be delighted to illustrate to you how the vibrant St. Louis culture can fulfill your child's fondest dreams of becoming a whore, pimp, or gang-banger and infants are welcome as well, as they function as an essential element of commerce, serving as trading stock for the local merchandise.  All are welcome! (except for coherent, law-abiding citizens exercising their Second Amendment rights, of course)
