What's the problem? Just a few years ago Minneapolis, MN was referred to as Murderapolis. The thing of it is is, about 95% of the murders took place in two extremely concentrated areas of the city. In the rest of the city you could leave your house and hardly ever get murdered.

If people are going to insist upon living like animals and murdering each other at the slightest provocation, it seems that in this case they are confining their Cultural Expression to a Select Community. Sounds like a source of community pride.
