Just days after his resignation, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld is about to face more repercussions for his involvement in the troubled wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. New legal documents, to be filed next week with Germanys top prosecutor, will seek a criminal investigation and prosecution of Rumsfeld, along with Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, former CIA director George Tenet and other senior U.S. civilian and military officers, for their alleged roles in abuses committed at Iraqs Abu Ghraib prison and at the U.S. detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba...
... Lawyers for the plaintiffs say that one of the witnesses who will testify on their behalf is former Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski, the one-time commander of all U.S. military prisons in Iraq. Karpinski who the lawyers say will be in Germany next week to publicly address her accusations in the case has issued a written statement to accompany the legal filing, which says, in part: It was clear the knowledge and responsibility [for what happened at Abu Ghraib] goes all the way to the top of the chain of command to the Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld ...
Traitorous bitch.
Who's this wench being paid by? She's got to be Cyndee Sheehans lover.
Another fall piece of fall out from America's day of abject stupidity, November 7, 2006 a day that will live in the hall of fame of Americans' dumbest moments.
Why is she submitting to the jurisdiction of this court?
The lawsuit and $3.00 will get you a cup of starbucks.
Mark Levin is talking about this now. This is NOT Germany, but a Stalinist organization suing Rummy etc in German Courts. This organization is the same group of commie lawyers that are representing Gitmo slime!

Traitorous bitch.
It's going to be a REAL ugly two years
Is this traitorous hussy still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice? If so then, then she needs to be sent on a long vacation to Leavenworth.
Ping!
Indeed, who are the imperialists?
But she is not submitting to them, she is serving them.
Or somebody needs to issue a "Code Red" on her.
Yeah, I don't think that Germany is going to do anything at all with this, except let it die a quiet death.
I don't know why this organization doesn't go to Iran, Syria, and North Korea with their dog and pony show.
Build up a few precedents.
I wonder where along in her career she forgot about Duty, Honor and Country or if she didn't believe it in the first place?
If they go to NK, Il won't be so ronery! ;-)

It is going to be worse that that buddy.
The best is yet to come.
And I bet that is not all...
I'll refrain from going further less I get banned....
:-)
Karpinski? Yes, I remember her. She was the officer in charge who denied all knowledge of AbuGrab (sp?) abuses, and then tried to foist all blame on others. She should have been tried for her incomptetence and swiftly imprisoned for the harm she and others did to our country. Now, not satisfied with the harm she did, she seeks to do even more harm. More and more, it seems that cutting any slack at all to scum like her is a very self-defeating move.
