Apparently, female officers are not responsible for their commands. Another blow struck for supporters of women in the military.

Lawyers for the plaintiffs say that one of the witnesses who will testify on their behalf is former Brig. Gen. Janis Karpinski, the one-time commander of all U.S. military prisons in Iraq. Karpinski who the lawyers say will be in Germany next week to publicly address her accusations in the case has issued a written statement to accompany the legal filing, which says, in part: It was clear the knowledge and responsibility [for what happened at Abu Ghraib] goes all the way to the top of the chain of command to the Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld ...Why is she submitting to the jurisdiction of this court?

Mark Levin is talking about this now. This is NOT Germany, but a Stalinist organization suing Rummy etc in German Courts. This organization is the same group of commie lawyers that are representing Gitmo slime!

Is this traitorous hussy still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice? If so then, then she needs to be sent on a long vacation to Leavenworth.

Karpinski? Yes, I remember her. She was the officer in charge who denied all knowledge of AbuGrab (sp?) abuses, and then tried to foist all blame on others. She should have been tried for her incomptetence and swiftly imprisoned for the harm she and others did to our country. Now, not satisfied with the harm she did, she seeks to do even more harm. More and more, it seems that cutting any slack at all to scum like her is a very self-defeating move.

Karpinski to be witness for presecution in German prosecution of Rumsfeld
She will not be a witness because there will be no trial.
