This should cheer up Freepers --- Attended this morning the Graduation Ceremony for Class BLOC-002 MIOBC (Basic Leader Officer Course-002 Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course) today to watch 40 brand new US 2LTs and 6 Allied Offiers. Handed out BSA Certificates of Appreciation to 9 new US 2LTs who volunteered during their 13 weeks of training to give of their free time (each with up to 100++ hours) to work as adult volunteers giving Community Service to the Boy Scouts.
