Unless Kerry goes into complete hiding for 6 days, I wouldn't be surprised if he does something else stupid. He's probably fuming.

(This hominid named Kerry annoys me.)
To: Darkwolf377
First he should apologize.
He only apologized that they misunderstood him.
To: Darkwolf377
He should go over to Iraq and apologize to each one of them individually. If so the medics had better stock up on bandages and bactine.

If it were a "botched joke," Kerry would have corrected himself immediately upon saying it. Saying it was an attempted joke now strains credulity.

What? The little weenie could get a presser anytime he wants one!
How do we know those are his words?
Go before the cameras, you COWARD!

Oh this guy is pathological - typical liberal 'apology' - you misinterpreted me....it's your fault you ignoramus.
Can this guy order a cup of coffee without being condescending?
To: Nachum
This can't be an apology. Just yesterday, Kerry said he'd "apologize to no one."

A blog post is NOT a public apology Mr. Kerry!

Thanks for the ping.
Note to MSM: If you stood up every now and then and removed your lips from the behinds of any Dem you find, you would discover you've thrown away the dignity and trust the press once had...

Under great pressure from the left, the senator made an attempt at an apology ( he can't be faulted for humility ) which was no apology at all and the LSM is spinning it as a joke or blooper gone south.
Senator Kerry is and always will be a supercilious snob; he is that arrogant and humbleness challenged. His vilification of the military is legendary, however now he attacks all who have less education or are not schooled in the proper by Kerry standards, schools. The senator is woefully stupid. I dont want his apology, I want his resignation!
MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS AND PROTECT OUR MAGNIFICANT MILITARY!

"I sincerely regret that my words were misinterpreted to wrongly imply anything negative that is NOT an apology!
He is still saying that what he said was misinterpreted - he's still blaming others, not himself...and we know who he means by this.
I true apology would simply be "I'm sorry I said what I did."
That said, there are some things that cannot be apologized away. This is one of them.
