Kerry spinning like a top on Imus. He says it is Bush who owes America an apology.
Says he's getting off campaign trail to not be a distraction.
Totally re-writing what he said.
Says the WH distorted his words to distract America from the outrage of their failures...
You've got that right! But Imus, like Kerry, thinks he is the smartest thing going !!
He doesn't even acknowledge their personhood enough TO hate them; they are just tools to be used as needed to gain power, like he uses everyone and everything around him as necessary.
That's why he's so outraged now. He used them as needed, and he can't believe they're so mad about it
It might not be hate, but it sure isn't love or respect.
"Ahhh... the gift that keeps giving."
Like Herpes.
He tried, he really tried not to go. He tried to get a deferment to study in France, then he joined the Reserves. When his unit was called up, he volunteered for Swift Boat duty to stay offshore and out of action, but then the mission changed, so he wounded himself and went home, beginning his career smearing the troops.
And now, he thinks this "service" means that he can't be criticized.
Yes, Kerry's grades at Yale were lower than President Bush's, so the whole premiss of his "joke" falls flat--but he can count on the media to be silent about his having had worse grades.
Yes I do, he's had a long history on this. These are John Kerry's own words.
"April 22, 1972
"I would like to talk, representing all those veterans, and say that several months ago in Detroit, we had an investigation at which over 150 honorably discharged and many very highly decorated veterans testified to war crimes committed in Southeast Asia, not isolated incidents but crimes committed on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command....
They told the stories at times they had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam in addition to the normal ravage of war, and the normal and very particular ravaging which is done by the applied bombing power of this country."
December 4, 2005, in an interview on Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer
And there is no reason, Bob, that young American soldiers need to be going into the homes of Iraquis in the dead of night terrorizing kids and children, you know women, breaking sort of the customs of the-of-the historical customs, religious customs......"
Alas, you are quite wrong. Kerry has a JD from Boston College I believe.
Wonder where she bought them? Everybody today with great boobs bought'em. LOL
Kerry was turned down when he applied for his 5th deferment (to go "study" in France,) which made him vulnerable to the draft. He joined the Navy Reserve to avoid the draft but was then activated.
The horse is much better looking~~~
I wonder how this comment struck John O'Neil. I imagine that the Swiftboaters for Truth were at barbers and picking up drycleaning yesterday. We will hear from them, soon.
BTTT
is the fact, yes FACT, that Kerry's grades in college were no better than Bush's--and in most cases WORSE!!
So let me get this straight, John, ",,if you go to school, and study hard,,,,you too can end up as a gigolo,,,,or else you go to Iraq"????
I also heard Gibson's pompous editorializing last night. He opened the "news" cast by implying that what Kerry said was insignificant and was being blown out of proportion. I suspect from his attitude that on the inside he was thinking "This is very bad for our side."
;)
That was painful to watch. What as arrogant ass.
According to Kerry, in his version of his joke Bush is an uneducated moron.
It was about 6:45, just as I was pulling in to my worksite's parking lot. The lady was a real barking Moonbat! There was another fellow who claimed to have been a Marine during the Vietnam War, who said he totally suppored John F'n. Again, this was during the 6:40 - 7:00 time slot.
On education ...maybe Kerry didnt study hard enough
