In an interview this morning on Good Morning America on ABC, the second-dancer revealed more of the set-up for the Duke rape hoax--
Oct. 30, 2006 The second dancer in the Duke rape case has said for the first time that the accuser told her to "go ahead, put marks on me'' after the alleged attack.
Dancer Kim Roberts made the new allegation which she has not shared with authorities in an interview with Chris Cuomo that will air today on "Good Morning America."
Roberts' allegation comes in the wake of Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong's admission in court last week that he has not yet interviewed the accuser "about the facts of that night."

The DA belongs in a prison cell for a long, long time. He should also have to pay huge restitution to those he falsely accused. This case has been one malfeasance after another since the beginning. Were I one of the accused I would not stop going after him until he has not one penny left.

Hiring entertainment that doesn't come from the sleazy world of sex trade... priceless
This whole affair is turning out to be a "My Cousin Vinnie" event.
After that, are you going to go to a dog fight?
I see you left off your "/sarcasm" tag, too.
Probably leftovers from the prostition investigation involved.....and Nifong likely has stuff on just about everyone in or near his office.
He could blackmail the girls(intimidate would be a nicer word and make his base happy all at the same time.
The fact the the Police never asked her about her alleged participation in the rape makes it likely they never asked her about what happened in the car afterwords.
I can't believe the defense paid her off. The case was already in disarray for the prosecution and had no chance to be a win if it even comes to trial.
Is this true? The justice system in Durham reminds me of a Banana Republic.
She said she is willing to take a like detector test. Of course, she might be angry that Precious accused her of participating in the rape.
These young men's lives have been ruined.
You can say that again.
I have a son about the age of the accused boys and seeing that man willingly destroy their lives has been... well, no words come to mind which are strong enough...
Kim Roberts is setting herself up for obstruction of justice charges. Then again, she's already done that. Dumb as a box of rocks. But she clearly knows more than one way to turn a few bucks.
This is a lynching of white college attending males.
I am not so sure, the police and prosecutor knew early on that no rape happened and talked to people like Kim as little as possible. I doubt they ever asked her about the car ride. They were trying to keep plausable deniablity and not collect too much evidence, since they knew it was likely to support the truth.
maybe you are right. it just doesn't sit right with me is all.
There are also a number of others who need to be removed from office, starting with President Broadhead whose actions who is unable to grasp the concept of justice and too muddle-headed and incompetent to run a University.
Kim Roberts stated she wanted to "get her story out" now because she does not believe she will be called as a witness at the upcoming trial.
Are you kidding me?!!
The defense will call her in a heartbeat - she will destroy Ding Dong's case.
