In an interview this morning on Good Morning America on ABC, the second-dancer revealed more of the set-up for the Duke rape hoax--

Oct. 30, 2006 — The second dancer in the Duke rape case has said for the first time that the accuser told her to "go ahead, put marks on me'' after the alleged attack.

Dancer Kim Roberts made the new allegation — which she has not shared with authorities — in an interview with Chris Cuomo that will air today on "Good Morning America."

Roberts' allegation comes in the wake of Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong's admission in court last week that he has not yet interviewed the accuser "about the facts of that night."

This doesn't prove or disprove anything. It merely adds another layer of complexity to the case. No doubt the prosecution will come forward and say she was coerced or bought off.

The only thing that's certain is, these boys hired the wrong company to handle their entertainment needs. After that, it's all speculation.

Should be a fun trial.

Does anybody know what it takes to show malicious prosecution and/or if Nifong is criminally liable for this mess? I don't know the law on this kind of thing (or on most kinds of things, come to think of it.)

I haven't a clue who did what to whom when. I have to admit, though, that the first thought to run through my mind when I read this headline was "Wonder who's paying her how much to say that?"

I have no idea of the guilt or innocence of anyone in this whole mess, though I tend to think the team players are not guilty of their charges.

Nifong has NOT been re-elected yet. November 7th is the election, he only won the Democratic primary. Having said that, he has a comfortable lead and will likely win next Tuesday. Once he has been sworn in, an effort to have him recalled, impeached or disbarred should begin.

I hope the former coach of the La Crosse team SUES the university. I hope the players do the same.

If there is any way to sue the prosecutor or the the city, I hope the players do so. I hope Duke does as well, although, I truly believe the President overreacted in his actions. Because these kids were tried and convicted in the press.
