In an interview this morning on Good Morning America on ABC, the second-dancer revealed more of the set-up for the Duke rape hoax--

Oct. 30, 2006 — The second dancer in the Duke rape case has said for the first time that the accuser told her to "go ahead, put marks on me'' after the alleged attack.

Dancer Kim Roberts made the new allegation — which she has not shared with authorities — in an interview with Chris Cuomo that will air today on "Good Morning America."

Roberts' allegation comes in the wake of Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong's admission in court last week that he has not yet interviewed the accuser "about the facts of that night."

The state bar should disbar him.

The DA belongs in a prison cell for a long, long time. He should also have to pay huge restitution to those he falsely accused. This case has been one malfeasance after another since the beginning. Were I one of the accused I would not stop going after him until he has not one penny left.

"....should be a fun trial"?

After that, are you going to go to a dog fight?

I see you left off your "/sarcasm" tag, too.

Once Nifong got wind of who he was dealing with, he looked at it as a perfect opportunity. He had all kinds of sh** on the girls and probably their handlers.

Probably leftovers from the prostition investigation involved.....and Nifong likely has stuff on just about everyone in or near his office.

He could blackmail the girls(intimidate would be a nicer word and make his base happy all at the same time.

She held back details helpful to the boys, that is all. She lied to the 911 operator and to a cop that night but since then she has not changed any factual element of her story.

She is telling the truth here, she is credible when making statements that help the boys since she hates them. She is probably not going hold back now after she found out for the first time during the 60 minutes interview that one of the accuser's stories has Kim knowing about the rape and helping the boys dress here after the rape. (It is not clear if she yet knows that another of the accusers stories actually has her in the bathroom helping with the rape itself.)

The fact the the Police never asked her about her alleged participation in the rape makes it likely they never asked her about what happened in the car afterwords.

I can't believe the defense paid her off. The case was already in disarray for the prosecution and had no chance to be a win if it even comes to trial.

Is this true? The justice system in Durham reminds me of a Banana Republic.

LOL!

She said she is willing to take a like detector test. Of course, she might be angry that Precious accused her of participating in the rape.

I don't care what these hoes did or say anymore, all I want is that filthy DA removed from office and thrown in jail where he belongs.

You can say that again.

I have a son about the age of the accused boys and seeing that man willingly destroy their lives has been... well, no words come to mind which are strong enough...

Kim Roberts is setting herself up for obstruction of justice charges. Then again, she's already done that. Dumb as a box of rocks. But she clearly knows more than one way to turn a few bucks.

I am not so sure, the police and prosecutor knew early on that no rape happened and talked to people like Kim as little as possible. I doubt they ever asked her about the car ride. They were trying to keep plausable deniablity and not collect too much evidence, since they knew it was likely to support the truth.

Exactly.

There are also a number of others who need to be removed from office, starting with President Broadhead whose actions who is unable to grasp the concept of justice and too muddle-headed and incompetent to run a University.

Kim Roberts stated she wanted to "get her story out" now because she does not believe she will be called as a witness at the upcoming trial.

Are you kidding me?!!

The defense will call her in a heartbeat - she will destroy Ding Dong's case.

Roberts will never get called by anyone, when and if this case gets to trial.

The case is sufficiently weak, the case gets dismissed after the prosecution concludes its case and the defense makes the mandatory motion to dismiss as the charges have not been proven.

What's more likely is that the prosecution makes a critical legal and obvious error during their presentation at trial, the defense motions for a mistrial, and the motion is granted.

The charges are dismissed, and Nifong is able to make the claim that the 'rich white boys' were let go on a "technicality".
