Even the MSM is acknowledging what the Liberal blogs picked up on 2 days ago: the NJ court decision is backfiring on Democrats by energizing the GOP base.

Drudge has this one his front page as well:

NYT RULING ON GAY MARRIAGES ENERGIZES REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES...

McGreevey's decision to blather his sins is making some Liberals fume on the blogs and on talk radio here in Philly.

You know, between McSleezy's homosexual frenzy in New Jersey and Jim Webb's child porn in Virginia, this election is beginning to look up for the GOP.

Leave it to the 'Rats to snatch defeat from the jaws of a possible victory.

Sit down Bill, that word "snatch" was being used as a verb, not as a noun.

"Marriage would offer the ability to bless our relationship in a committed way," McGreevey, 49, told The New York Times.

*************

Ironic, considering the fact that he was married previously.

"The former governor stepped down in 2004 after announcing he was gay."

Never forget that he resigned because he was corrupt. His being gay was the worse kept secret in the state.

saying "McGreevy resigned after announcing a gay affair" leaves out quite a bit .. such as his appointing one of his love interests to the head of NJ's homeland security office, a role for which said swain was totally unqualified. IF I lived in NJ, that would have bothered me a whole lot more.

"Marriage would offer the ability to bless our relationship in a committed way."

Marriage can't "bless" anything, creep. Marriage of the faithful is blessed by God.

Yours is a Godless partnership that will be blessed by no one except other deviants and the left-stream media. It will eventually fail when your significant other wanders off to seek newer thrills and someone richer to leech from.

Think about that sentence for a moment. Another one of those fake but accurate statements.

Sorry, Jim, nothing on this earth or under God will ever bless your relationship!

If McGreevey wants to get married, let him go right ahead. Personally, it doesn't change my low regard for him as an adulterer and sex creep.

That is plain sick. And speaking of "committed" -- he should be. McGreesey (sic) is a mentally ill degenerate.
