In his book, which came out this week, Kengor focuses on a KGB letter written at the height of the Cold War that shows that Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) offered to assist Soviet leaders in formulating a public relations strategy to counter President Reagan's foreign policy and to complicate his re-election efforts.

"Remember that Ted Kennedy co-authored a book advocating the "nuclear freeze" movement right around 1983...."

And remember that Kerry *led* the nuclear freeze movement in the Senate.

Kerry Championed The Nuclear Freeze Movement

Jimmah Cahtah did it too during the run-up to the '84 election. Catah and Kennedy are both still at it. Disgusting, both should be tried and executed.

Old Ted Kennedy complained and screamed when Red Dawn came out in 1984. He said that it was used to get Ronald Reagan reelected, and to swipe at the Soviets, had too many conservative things in it, and therefore was a bad thing to show American audiences.

That's a valid reply.

My original thinking is that when Hillary, for instance, claimed the existence of a consipracy, it started at the level of a claim only. In this instance, the left wing conspiracy starts with a document.

When a movie like V for Vendetta comes out with heroic rebels fighting a fictional right wing religious dictator it is called extraordinary cinema. When John Milius presents an unlikely, but possible scenario featuring a real, ruthless, and formidable advesary he is called paranoid.

When Red Dawn came out a teaching colleague of mine had just joined the staff from six years in the Army. Last four in 75th Rangers. His reaction to Red Dawn was, "it was unrealistic. The Russians would have used massive chemical weapons against any resisters or partisans."

The Russians did, on occasion, use chem weapons on the Afghani rebels and the Chechans. However, they don't do it every time because they don't want us catching them in the act.

I love that flick. Imagine . . . Cuban paratroopers landing in the mountains, of all places!

Can we question their patriotism yet? Actually, I don't think so -- there is nothing there to question...

. . .but, of course, we must continue to challenge their 'lack of it'. . .(oh, that's right; the Repubs bit the PC bullit; when the Dems starting howling a few years back. . .Well, perhaps we can ignite the truth. . .and set it upon these lying traitorous Libs. . .

There needs to be a turn-around here, in 2007. It is not just our Military that is called on to protect America. . with stakes so high; EVERYONE of us, is called to protect our Country- and our Constitution; and we cannot do it by ignoring the 'who and what' is. . . of these power-rising Demrats.

We can all let Fox News know as well. . .that we are waiting. . .waiting. . .for these traitors to show up and be interviewed by Chris Wallace. . .Britt. . .et al.

And get Rush on the 'rescue' here as well. . .

I don’t know but I distinctly recall the libs and even nonpoliticals on talk radio stations such as KMOX in St. Louis getting into the enthusiasm of the times with Soviet “sister city” radio chat exchanges and other such feel-good nonsense.
