Chris Wallace (FOX TV) just stated on the Monday morning news segment of Fox TV (aired in the 7:00 a.m. EST hour) that, not only did Bill Clinton retain his anger at Wallace after the interview was over and the cameras were off (despite Wallace trying to part on friendly terms), Clinton absolutely fumed at his own personal staff, right then and there while still on the Fox TV premises, for getting him into the interview with Wallace where he had earlier lost his head.
Wallace said Clinton's blow up at his staff for this mistake was very visible and very audible and very emotional.

The Beltway Clique has decided on a narrative and it's tough to talk them out of it once they think they've stumbled on a hidden truth the rest of the public doesn't see.
Billy apparently cannot deal with the fact Clinton has never been the smart self controlled ruthless politician they believed him to be years ago. To admit they lost to this man twice is too much for their egos to tolerate I suppose, so they craft this outburst as calculated.
I'd just like to know, if Billy is right, who did Clinton intimidate? Wallace said himself NO one else asked the question. I suspect they were never going to ask the question. he certainly doesn't need to intimidate journalists already protecting his backside. So, who? Conservatives? Conservatives aren't intimidated. If they didn't back off when Clinton sent goons to raid their tax receipts they aren't going to now. Infact, I suspect this incident has just increased their desire to mimic wallace and add such an outburst to their resumes.
Billy, face facts. 41 broke a conservative pledge and talked about the "new World Order". He alienated fiscal and social conservatives. Clinton came to office with a minority win.
Dole was a lousy candidate and a "moderate". Nice guy, a Hero, but nothing really to excite the people you needed. Clinton STILL only got a minority of the vote.
Clinton is not a political god, he is not a brilliant politicial tactician. What you see, that which the MSM cannot cover up, is what you get. He is immoral, lacking self discipline, given to extreme emotional outbursts..a narcissist.
Billy's conclusion is no more, no less, a reflection of the irrational fear that paralyzed conservatives (some) for years at the whisper of the name "Clinton".
I've never felt that fear.

When Fox rolls out a psychologist or psychiatrist to analyze the guy, I'll laugh.

Aside from his rage, Clinton's grammar was horrible, he lacked his "polish," and this was even before Wallace asked him about BinLaden. What happened to this brilliant Rhodes scholar?

No matter how much he lies and spins and no matter how much his stupid kool aid drinkers lie and spin for him, Bill Clinton will always be remembered by only one thing: Monica Lewinski. His legacy is dead, he knows it and it is killing him.

Am I the only person in the world to remember how Clinton cursed at a photographer shortly after he was first elected, maybe before inauguration. It was a photo op and he was walking thru a garden or some such area, the photographer was scurrying around him and he suddenly cursed and told the guy to get out of the way. I only saw it once, maybe the Clinton spin machine did away with it. If anyone else remembers it I'd like to hear. I'm beginning to think I imagined it. I remembered it (I thought) because I was so surprised at such venom at a guy just trying to do his job coming from a POTUS.

No question about it. That psycho LIVES for attention, admiration and worship.

It's called "Botox". He should look into it.

Humphrey was about the same size. All I know is that I felt there was no good choice in 1968.

Excellent comparrison. If "The Caine Mutiny" was ever redone, clinochio would be the only one possible for the role of Capt. Queeg. the only thing missing in the interview was the ball bearings.

I'm not big on scapegoating Clinton for failing to get BinLaden, but does anyone else find it telling that the last time he got this angry and started wagging his finger was when he was denying having sex with Lewinsky? Righteous indignation has absolutely no basis in truth where this guy is concerned.

"One can question as to "why" President Clinton blew up with rage;"IMHO - Very basic. He's human. He sat there on 9/11 and watched thousands of people die and huge buildings fall and HE KNEW HIS PERSONAL FAILURES were the major factor in failing to prevent it. Put yourself in his place. He can use his personality and his political party to partially mask or avoid the blame that rightfully is his. But HE KNOWS. It is very painful to him, and he is attempting to unload, or share, or minimize, or displace the source of that pain.

I posted before I read your post. If it's the same one I saw it was on Rush's TV show and it was at the first white house easter party. They had run out of eggs so naturally Bill's first reaction was to rip some poor aide a new hole. It only got shown on Rush's show. At least that video clip has to be in some archive of Rush's TV show somewhere. And, econprof, I use to belong to Rush's website but I never could get a human to answer my e-mails. I even offered to buy a copy of every one of his show's so I could get a copy of that clip. Maybe Rush will remember and re-play it sometime.

The thing I find stunning is that it was Chris Wallace that came on Fox & FRiends before the airing of The Path to 911, and DEFENDED Clinton saying the docu-drama should be pulled or edited to reflect accurate informationThat maybe the only reason BJ agreed to go on Fox in the first place. Either that or someone should send Clinton a clip.
To: jveritas
The whole Monica thing, is a telling revealer of character. I can understand yielding to a temptation. I have done that a time of two in my life :)
But, when one gets caught, comes a time to man up, own it, and deal with it in the light of day.
A structure of lies never stands long. BJ still has not learned this lesson

Because he is a liberal. Liberals only tolerate those who agree with them. Liberals preach tolerance and they are the most intolerant people on the planet. Nothing good in liberalism and one of the worst things about it is hypocrisy.

That staff looks just about like what his staff looked like when he was President--young, snotty, inexperienced, arrogant, self-absorbed, egotistic and far-left.
I guess some things never change.
