Yes. Wallace gets some grief on this board, but he's been consistent since he's been with FNS. He does try to get at the truth. I don't always agree with his conclusions, but he is a good journalist in that he goes after the truth no matter who he's interviewing.
I like him and I think he's doing a good job on FNS.
LOL, yah, I'm betting that Richard Clarkes book is going to get a new life. I wonder if BJ made a deal with Clarke before the interview for a piece of the action?
I was about to say the same thing. Rush is going to have a field day with this interview.
On another note, I read Louis Freeh's book and got the impression that Richard Clark was a legend in his own mind.
He is stark raving mad. He has gotten worse.
Well if he wasn't on his way out already, he sure is going away now. Because now he's in HER way.
Col. Hunt is ripping him a new one on FNS! :) I told you it was worth it.
A transcript cannot capture the anger, arrogance and bitterness in his voice and face and hand gestures!
You had to see it to understand how unhinged his is!!
I agree! He was pathetic. And where have we heard before about a "right wing conspiracy" against innocent Bill?
Monica and OBL. Those are clinton's legacy, no matter what he says or does to try and change it. Average Americans love snippet information that can easily be recited and placed in their memory chest tied with a neat ribbon. I disagree with those who believe that clinton feels guilt over the 9/11 deaths. And believe his guilt is the source of his outbursts. clinton of all people, along with his cohorts, taught the American people how to disregard real information, take a soundbyte, relegate it to memory, and go on. Now he wants these same Americans to listen to his diatribe. Too late. They know two soundbytes: Monica and OBL. That's the source of his anger, IMO. He can't make *us* listen to him. He taught *us* not to pay attention to detail.
I thought Colonel Hunt was on Hil's payroll as an advisor or was that just rumor?
I am not going to watch the panel.
I am going to watch McCain on Face the Nation.
Wow .. well worth the 'cost of admission'.
Kudos Wallace.

By Byron York I worked hard to try and kill him, former president Bill Clinton told Fox News Sunday. I tried. I tried and failed. Him is Osama bin Laden. And in his interview with Fox News Chris Wallace, the former president based nearly his entire defense on one source: Against All Enemies: Inside Americas War on Terror, the book by former White House counterterrorism chief Richard Clarke. All Im asking is if anybody wants to say I didnt do enough, you read... |
At one point I thought he was going to start pushing his crooked finger in Chris' chest. All I could think about was thank God we have term limits for president.
Thanks, Tom.
Have you ever tried to read any of the left wingers books? They are so confusing. Just like their lack of clarity in speaking. I feel like I have to read it like one word at a time to try to follow it. It makes no sense.
Oh the dems must be mighty busy this morning!
