Howdy everyone!
Thank you all very much for your kind words. We just got home a couple hours ago from our trip to DC for the Support our Troops Weekend! Had a wonderful time!
I'm happy to report that Syncro, Leofl and I are now inducted into the exclusive Threeper Club along with several other members of the DC Chapter. We attended three FReeps during a 24 hour period! We FReeped Hugo Chavez at the Venezuelan Embassy on Friday afternoon, then countered the Code PinkOs outside Walter Reed hospital on Friday night, and then the DC Chapter's annual Support the Troops Weekend rally on Saturday. Had Great fun at all three events!
Also had a great time at the 10th Anniversary dinner at the hotel. And what an opportune moment for FOX News to announce that Free Republic was in the top ten of all political sites on the Internet! A rousing cheer went up from a room full of FReepers already celebrating FR's 10th anniversary. Got to meet a lot of FReepers for the first time and had a wonderful time visiting with old friends.
I'd like to thank all FReepers and Lurkers for making Free Republic such a successful organization. I'm proud and grateful for having had the opportunity to serve with such a wonderful group of patriots. I thank God every day for the people who congregate here and for all their great accomplishments made during these last 10 years.
God willing, we're looking forward to many more.
Thanks again for all your great posts. There's no way I can reply to each one individually, but please know that I appreciate each and every one very much.
God bless you all.
Jim

Congratulations for such an informative, intelligent website. You and all the FReepers have provided me with great information and entertainment all these years. But, probably most important, you kept me sane during the Clinton years.

Happy FRanniversary, and thank you JimRob!
It's an honor to be surrounded by so many like-minded individuals.

Thanks, Jim.
(A little late -- sorry, it was Rosh Hashanah.)
FREE REPUBLIC has both entertained and influenced me in so many ways. It's the platonic concept of a website.

It is a fantastic site and resource he has here. A very unique thing on the WWW it is.
I might have signed up once or twice back in the days before 2000, cant get a clear recollection on that.

Once again, late to the party!
I was a lurker for a long time before I gathered enough courage to post--which is pretty funny considering that I am one to jump right into a party discussion or gathering. LOL
Congratulations on 10 great years (no one will ever forget the TANG memos and Buckhead--that was truly amazing work!) and thank you for FreeRepublic.com!

Happy Birthday, FR!
And a big thank you to you, Mr. Robinson.
FR is more than just a news site to me. It has provided me with a second family, with precious friends that have become closer to me than I could have ever imagined.
I love them dearly.
And the wonder of it is, I would have never met them if it hadn't been for you and this site.
God bless you, sir, and God bless FR.

I'm late to this party too.
Just wanted to add my thanks for this great site.
Hope you had a good time last weekend with the DC Chapter.

Congrats, Jim. I am proud to say I have been here almost since the beginning.
I am raising my glass to you and all those freepers who dedicate so much of their time and wisdom and talents to this site. Here's to ten more years of working together "to root out political fraud and corruption, and champion causes which further conservatism in America".....and having tons of fun doing it!!!

This is a signal anniversary - ten years of telling truth to power - not only the Clinton Administration but the "drive-by media." It took courage on your part to stand that tall against people who know so many people who died young.
Even when the 2000 election was approaching, I had to analyze the situation before I assured myself that Clinton would indeed stand down at the end of his term rather than siezing some pretext to retain power. If anyone in our history would have done so, he would have - but since he didn't have a base of support in the military, it actually wasn't possible.
It is acquired wisdom and experience only that teach incredulity, and they very seldom teach it enough. - Adam Smith
Congratulations, Jim, on ten years of sustaining and growing a web site dedicated to promoting "incredulity" in the voting public which is so necessary to the republic.

Thank you
Sir for the effort and the forum.
