Great news! I like that man!
Shock and Awe [9/11 Memorial Sculpture in Phoenix Bashes America, Military, and Bush Administration]
I had been hearing random comments that Kyl was in trouble, which I just could not understand, since he is one of our finest Senators. It appears that was just malarkey.
Kyl up 11 in latest Rasmussen
Senator Kyl has a great new campaign ad that shows 6-8 Arizona Sheriffs from different counties telling why they support him and don't support Jim Peterson. But he also has another ad that's been playing for a while showing Peterson talking about pork in some context that you can't hear, with a video of a pig in a stall turning its head toward the camera. The rest of Kyl's ads were all serious so I was sorry to see this one show up.
Some pundits have suggested Kyl run for president. I would prefer him to the other senator from AZ!
I would also like to see Sen Cornyn run, and Gov Gilmore but they don't seem to have a lot of support. If the top 2 choices for us are McCain and Giuliani, then that is not exactly inspiring.
I was shocked when I heard that as well...but, considering the Governor of Arizona...and MCCAIN...I thought maybe he was in trouble...
Maybe HE can do something about that disgusting memorial.
since it is a state memorial, i am not sure there is anything he can do about it. if he doesnt do anything about it are you not going to support him?
Not surprising. But this race still benefits Democrats because Pederson is a self-funding candidate, so he forces the GOP to spend money in AZ while the Dems can focus their resources elsewhere.
