I wonder if they'll mention the Pontiff's remarks and the reaction to them.

Any "religion" whose adherents take to the streets in violent protest as a result of a cartoon, or the quoting of a 14th century Pope forfeits any claim to be an actual religion.

If Muslims have such a thin skin and react with vitriol at the slightest provocation, they ought to try being a Christian in America, where we are slandered and legislated against EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

On this side of the Pond, I hope Allen mops the floor with Webb.

Wow! I didn't think I'd ever get in on the thread this early (it's 6:00AM here on the left coast).

Just starting the timmay show that begins with a narrative introduction of the two debaters George Allen and Jim Webb.

They pointed out Allen's political history and then lavished Webb's military experience. What a funny, mixed message! Do they not realize that they say "We don't care about substance as long as we look attractive?!"

Webb blew it! He first said that our troops could be moved to Kuwait or to other area bases and then came back and said that as long as US troops were in the ME there wouldn't be peace.
Isn't Kuwait smack dab in the middle of the ME?
