He added, "Russia's medicine is more advanced. This must be an attempt by N. Korea to treat Kim Jong-il's health problem."
Kim Jong-il is suffering from heart disease and diabetes, and according to NIS, he had secretly sought treatment at a clinic inside Space Center in Beijing, during his visit to China last January.
