Fox News has been running internet coverage of 9/11 events on an unpublished internet stream. I have been watching the coverage since this afternoon after I discovered the link was active.
At midnight EDT, Fox just rolled over the coverage and restarted it with Fox and Friends at 8 a.m. EDT, Tuesday September 11.

For me it came later in the week; the handlers of rescue dogs burying themselves in the rubble so their dogs could find live rescuees because the lack of the real thing had left even the dogs depressed.

As I actually did not see any of the real time happenings, I will be watching.
I was on the west coast, and by the time I was awake, both the towers were gone... Penatgon was burning and 93 was already a hole in a field.
I cannot believe it has taken 5 years for this to be shown... These raw feeds should be available neverending we cannot forget.
My best guess is between 3:45 and 4:00 p.m. EDT this afternoon.

GetASF is the only one that is free; I don't know how well it works.
They started at midnight EDT last night -- thread time at midnight was 8:00 a.m. They cut some commercial during F&F during the first hour so we are ahead of the top of the hour by 8-9 minutes.

Is there a limit on how much you can record etc. with teh freeware?
