Fox News has been running internet coverage of 9/11 events on an unpublished internet stream. I have been watching the coverage since this afternoon after I discovered the link was active.
At midnight EDT, Fox just rolled over the coverage and restarted it with Fox and Friends at 8 a.m. EDT, Tuesday September 11.

Here's another thought; this tape they are showing on all the networks now, the one of bin Laden supposedly planning the attacks on 911.
Wouldn't it be SWELL if the tape was dated BEFORE January 21, 2001?

Too bad the reporter in question did none of that. I don't need a reporter to defy evacuation orders to stay behind so that he can bring me the "scoop" that the Pentagon has been evacuated.
There is a lot of contempt on this site for reporters...but you are listening to this broadcast because of them.
"If it's not on tape, it didn't happen", huh? Nope, I am not listening to this broadcast because of the reporters. As the story breaks they are mostly getting it wrong. The story is not about the reporters being in peril, and in the case of the reporter in question, being in peril by his own choice. I am listening to them because that is what is available. Were the NORAD tapes from that day available instead, that is what I would be listening to.
There were a lot of people on that day asking "WTF" and "HOW" and "WHY?" And reporters in the field have NO connection with what the broader knowledge is. You don't stop to think about questions that might make you "cringe" when buildings are collapsing and the Pentagon is under attack.
Here's a clue: the story is not about the reporters. If the building you are in is under attack, the fire alarms are sounding, and they have given the evacuate order, YOU SHOULD EVACUATE, especially if the building is in danger of collapsing around you. If you wish to stay behind and help the injured, that is OK, but to stay behid so that you can hold the phone out the door of your office to let the audience hear the fire alarms, then there is reason for you to be held in contempt.
I don't understand folks who don't understand that.
I don't understand reporters who make themselves the center of a story rather than report the facts of the situation. He didn't need to go to his office to report the building was being evacuated. He could have reported that after leaving. But that wouldn't have made him the center of the story would it?
Freedom, reporters have a responsibility to sometimes be in danger.
I would stay, evacuation order or not.
The duty is to report the news, and a reporter who fails at that should be fired.
Besides, what's one more life for the rescuers to worry about saving? If they die saving a reporter from his own selfish stupidity, at least we got a front row seat.

November 1963 exposed to me the real possibility/probability that our President was killed by his own government for wishing to make fundamental changes ......... much as is being done NOW to G.W. Bush, but being done to him in a somewhat different way.

I was just writing to someone that my obcession with keeping my family safe started when I was in HS and Kennedy got shot......went back to this thread to give her the web stream and find it is dead....I am grieved...

Wow, that is huge. The only thing that would be interesting to me would be from right when the news broke until noon.
