This is an excellent piece. Things are really a lot worse than pessimistic me even thought. Europe (and the US), had better wake up and prepare to take strong action or the West is doomed. This is a relentless enemy. They don't care how many die to achieve their goals, and they will kill their own as easily as their "enemies." There is no such thing as "winning their hearts and minds." Most definitely... the MSM coverage of Hezbollah's naked aggression(by means of a compliant Lebanon) is a perfect example of Dhimmitude. You can also see how the MSM/DNC is preparing the sheeple to accept the fact that Iran will get nukes... and that a military response is out of the question.

The Islamics have painted themselves into a corner - either they follow the tenets of Islam, which necessitates this jihad, or, in the name of peace, they must declare what we already know to be true - that Islam is a demonic fraud. Either way, it's no longer acceptable to re-iterate the bogus veneer that Islam is a "religion of peace". It's not. It's a religion of the sword. If genuinely peaceable self-described Muslims don't start policing and squelching their own loose cannons, there will be little hope for Western society but to declare the tenets of Islam - as they are laid out in the Koran - a political manifesto along the lines of Naziism, and not a religion to be protected under the various constitutions of the West. Some might say this would be unnecessarily antagonistic and lead to civil unrest - perhaps. But if we allow this cancer to continue to interweave itself into society - as it has in Norway - the battle we face later will be far costlier than anything we confront today.
It pains me to write these things. I'm a peaceful, devout Catholic. I would love for our religions to co-exist peacefully. I'm not judging individual Muslims, who each have inviolable dignity as children of God. But there has been zero evidence whatsoever that the dominant path of Islam leads anywhere but the subjugation of Western civilization. Show me genuine Muslims who will fight for decency and humanity. Show me American Muslims who will march publicly against their firebrand clerics. Where are they? This is their time to stand up and be counted.
Sadly, they will likely remain silent. I hope and pray that mainstream Muslims will come to their senses and realize that their faith is ultimately incompatible with civilized society, and accept Jesus Christ as the Messiah, God made flesh.

Athens had the lowest violent crime rate of any major city in Europe. Pre-1999, even in a big city like Athens, people didn't lock their doors. Women could literally walk down the street, alone, at 3AM and be unmolested. That is no longer the case. Women don't walk alone in Athens after dark, anymore -- and for the first time, Greeks lock up their summer houses like bank vaults, lest they be broken into and used by Muslim squatters.

The attitude among many Muslim men is that women who are not veiled and act properly submissive have themselves to blame if something happens to them. Such a line of thinking is incompatible with the culture of freedom in any Western country. It means that as long as Muslim immigration continues, Sweden will continue to import an Islamic culture that will destroy women’s freedom in Swedish society. The strains caused by immigration are now so large that unless something serious is done about this, pretty soon Sweden will face the same kind of riots we have recently seen in France, and will approach the point of permanent ethnic and religious strife. Swedish politicians and media need to put the well-being of their daughters above that of political correctness and their own Multicultural vanity, and it is shocking that they actually need to be reminded of this. It is an international embarrassment to Sweden as a nation that Swedes travel around the world to lecture about women’s rights, and at the same time their own young women are finding that their most basic rights, such as being able to go outside wearing normal clothes without being harassed, are slipping away. It’s a sham, and it needs to end. Unless Swedish authorities are able to provide basic security to a population that has some of the highest tax rates in the world, the Swedish government should publicly admit its inadequacy and resign from office. At the very least, it should be honest enough to tell Swedish citizens that they must provide security for themselves, and stop making it difficult for people to do this. The Swedish general elections are less than a year away, and this time, Muslim immigration needs to be raised to the very top of the public agenda.
Whether we will join them in exercising their right to defend Eretz Israel, or not, is unclear.

Great post. The article is one of the best descriptions I have read of the trouble we are in. Tolerance only works between people who are of good will and who share non-violent principles. If one side is willing to play by the rules and the other side is not, then the results are predictable no matter how much the pacifists and multiculturalists hide from the facts.
