August 24, 2006 -- The accused killer pimp charged with raping and strangling a helpless New Jersey teenager got some bad news yesterday - his hooker girlfriend has apparently given Jersey cops a detailed description of how he did it.
According to a New Jersey governor's warrant, a witness has told cops that burly career con Draymond Coleman repeatedly punched his tiny victim - 18-year-old high-school soccer star Jennifer Moore - in the face, and then strangled her.

Whatever happened to the "three strikes" law? Why was this lowlife out walking the streets? Has he always been allowed to plead his felonies down to misdemeanors?

Who knows what it was, a bit of pot, a shaken fist, a pocketknife. Pimps are evil but usually not stupid.
If he is capable of beating, raping and strangling to death this girl, I'm betting his priors are not "a bit of pot, a shaken fist and a pocketknife" and that this guy is not your average pimp.
Two words: Capital punishment.
This is the spectactularly ghastly sort of crime which is constantly heard about from Texas' death row.
I feel sorry for the victim, but man did she make some mistakes:
"Moore and some friends spent a night partying in Manhattan, where they drank at a nightclub until 2 a.m. She and another 18-year-old woman left, only to discover that the woman's red Dodge sedan had been towed. They located the car at a towing impound about 10 blocks away.
"Police said the lot attendants refused to turn over the car to Moore's companion because she appeared to be drunk. She then passed out, and an ambulance was called.
"Amid the commotion, the 5-foot-2, 105-pound Moore, who was wearing a black halter top and a white miniskirt, wandered off along the West Side Highway.
"Shortly before 5 a.m., Moore called her boyfriend and said someone was following her. He told her to call a taxi, and there was no answer when he tried to call back a short time later.
"Police believe Coleman lured or forced Moore into a yellow cab and took her to Weehawken."
She was drunk, drinking at public establishments, even though she was three years too young to legally drunk. Her companion was so drunk that she passed out and was hauled off in an ambulance. Their car had been towed. Rather than simply calling a cab, she started to wander off on a highway.
Too sad. All of that could have so easily been avoided. I hope the murderer never sees the light of day. I hope his cold blooded gal pal also never sees the light of day.
If his culture wasn't embracing hooliganism under the shroud of diversity I'd agree with you. How different that youngster's life would have been if he had been taught right from wrong.
