The only possible explanation is that she was teaching Sunday School to boys over the age of 13.
Sure. Have an appl...ah some apple pie too.
Not a difficult feat, to be sure.
Yes. Why not?
Where did you read that? I have read both threads and I didn't see ANY mention of what class she was teaching other than "a Sunday School class"
All it says is she was teaching Sunday School, it didn't define the ages of the students.
I agree there is a difference if she was teaching children.. I didn't see in the article an age of the class she taught.
If we were talking about muslims would you say, "it's their mosque. They should be able to do what they want?"
Darn, I guess I want my money back from those nuns.
Baptists allow divorce and remarriage, don't they?
How should I know. I'm not a baptist.
Divorce and remarriage is allowed biblically.
Its a Sunday school class. Adult men don't attend Sunday school class.
YES
13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
The inconvenient fact is, Satan approached Eve to rebel against God, not Adam. Eve was the one who was deceived, Eve was the first one to disobey God. Not Adam. Adam foolishly followed in Eve's footsteps, and was punished by God for it, but Adam was not approached by Satan for the purpose of deception, and Adam was not the one deceived.
This is about the roles of men and women in the church as commanded by God. The truth of Scripture and the eternal condition of the souls of mankind are too important for God to just leave to chance. Unfortunately for many people, God is not politically correct and is not subject to the whims of human beings, like feminism and it's resulting rearrangement of society, for instance.
Where man looks at this and sees unfairness and "discrimination", God sees the fact that the woman, having the nature that God gave her, was known by Satan to be susceptible to deception, was confronted by Satan, was lied to by Satan, and sinned against God as a result of the deception.
Women have their God-given roles in the church; being in a position of authority over men is not one of them. And, if we don't like it, it's too bad.
Bump for read later.

I think it should be left up to the denomination
You must be kidding.
They could do what they wanted right up untill they started murdering women and children, preaching death to America and the Jews, and using the church as a rmory.
At least they're not teaching "kill all the Jews and the Christians".
