Write the president and tell him this cease fire brought on by his administration is just another attempt to appease the terrorist. Terrorist win yet again. Iran is still trumping around in Lebanon, the UN with no real authority has no real powers to disarm hezbollah who has NOT agreed to disarm. Iran still has agents in Iraq running death squads and terror cells. Muqtada-AL-Sadr being the most famous one. When will the US buckle up and do what finally needs to be done instead of worry about oil prices? We all know what this cease fire will bring. Take action and write the president and tell him what you think of this balony BS move of his. STAND BY ISRAEL

EXACTLY!!!! BRING BACK SHARON... CONSERVATIVE PARTY. TIME TO QUIT BEING WEAK.
Lack of capitalization is always a dead giveaway.
In fact, they lose so much, they were wiped out for good twenty years ago. Oh wait, no they weren't. Maybe they don't lose as much as people say.
You are rude.
Helen Thomas, is that you?
Things have gone extremly well. Back off!
And the Arabs blame Bush for "pushing" Israel into bombing Hezbollah as a proxy.
Bush seems to be pissing off both the right and the left.
Which means he probably did the right thing.
LOL! Oops, pardon me. I forgot about all those "losses." :>
PM. Sharon in his latter days in office, was not effective either. I'm not speaking ill of the man (especially now) but he was essentially a tiger with no claws. No land for peace.
As things are the present government of Israel does not have the fortitude to face the danger. You should not be blaming our president for Olmert decision.
Hezbulla will violate the ceasefire quickly, don't panic yet.
if war happens again, you can bet israel will not hold back this time. NO matter what UN resolutions bush and dr rice dream up.
I agree. Too much capitulation,
He was beholden and scandal ridden. It was tough to see.
I never take the "word" of an Arab Muslim with much credit though...
Chill, Dude.
Wait until Hizb'allah figures out they've lost southern Lebanon.
Not only that....they now have the French "occupying" the land they just lost.
FOFL!
As soon as Hizb'allah realizes their strategic mistake...we get to ululate.

Dozens of abducted soldiers' friends protest truce conditions in TA
By Jack Houry, Haaretz Correspondent
Dozens of members of the company of three abducted Israel Defense Forces soldiers congregated in Rabin Square in Tel Aviv Monday night to protest the fact that the release of their friends was not a condition of the UN cease-fire resolution which came into effect earlier in the day.
Soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev were kidnapped by Hezbollah guerillas in Lebanon on July 12. The release of the troops was not stipulated in the operative sections of the resolution, but only as part of the introduction for it.
Attorney and friend of the Goldwasser family Hila Barkai-Arbel said the demonstration was a spontaneous act initiated by the soldiers' friends.
"Every mother and wife who sends her son or her husband to reserve duty should identify with the family's struggle and express reservations regarding such an agreement," Barkai-Arbel said.
It would not have mattered if they'd completely crushed the hezzies or part of the hezzies as occurred. Now the hezzies (not Israel) will either be disarmed or Israel will stand in a much stronger moral position to annihilate Lebanon and Damascus and move on to Tehran, especially when the politcos behind the international forces balk, which they will.
Strategically, this is a win for Israel but some are too short-sighted to see that.
Israel should keep their enemies on the run, never hold ground, take the enemies ground and keep pushing until the enemies of Israel are destroyed.
