Pakistan: Suspected London Plane Terrorists Have Al Qaeda Connection
LONDON — Police arrested 40 people in cities throughout Italy in raids on Muslim gathering places in a security crackdown after Britain thwarted an alleged terror plot, the Interior Ministry said Friday, as Pakistani intelligence agents claimed there was an connection with ties to to the group of suspected terrorists arrested Thursday.
The arrests in Italy were made Rome, Milan, Venice, Florence, Naples and other cities on Thursday and Friday "as part of an extraordinary operation that followed the British anti-terrorist operation," the ministry said in a statement.
A UN resolution has no force of law behind it.
Even if one passed it wouldn't by itself STOP Israel. Israel would have to go along with it. So yes we've apparently been working with others to produce a resolution to be voted on at the UN, but...well...my point is so what?
It makes us LOOK like we're all for "peace" and we do care about the poor Lebanese who've been bombed by Israel and we don't want Israel to stay very long in Lebanon, but unless we can get one passed that says what Israel itself will agree with, it doesn't stop Israel from crushing Hezbollah.
President Bush KNOWS that.
Also, it has taken weeks now for this so-called diplomacy. During these weeks not one thing has been done that we know of by Bush to stop Israel.
The PM of Israel, Olmert, has come under a lot of criticism from within his own country for being indecisive and weak. So there's another point against thinking that Bush has been the one stopping Israel so far.
Many say Olmert himself has sort of got them with one foot in war to smash Hezbollah and the other foot not.
I've been lurkin over there and I gotta tell ya, I don't know whether to laugh or cry..
And from what some guy on Beck's show said last night, the prophecy about the coming of the 12 Iman involves something to do with persecution coming to Iran first before the 12th Iman can return. So the crazy Iranian President may be trying to provoke an attack on his country.
(P.S. I haven't looked up the part about the coming of the 12th Iman, but intend to, and verify what the guest on Beck's show said.)
I thought of this last night. Terrorists want coverage of their actions - how do you get coverage of planes blowing up in the middle of the ocean?
Those planes were going to be blown up on the ground, or over US territory.
Right, so the question is can these machines detect volumes of anything in high concentration....and identify them?
I would be very impressed....I mean, obvious explosives (C-4, Nitro) would be a given. What about H2O2 in high concentration?
Would a flag go up?
When will the civilized world wake up and understand that Israel is fighting to kill terrorists (Hezbollah). Instead of a cease fire we should all say, "keep killing terrorists. Keep shooting!"
It's time to bomb Iran's nuclear sites.

The plane were going to be blown up over cities and operatives in the U.S. were assigned to tape the explosions and "rain" for propaganda videos.
Probably not at this time. H2O2 degrades into water and oxygen. Which is why peroxide bubbles when you put it on a cut. But the addition of high oxygen can make things burn very fast. Concentrated hydrogen peroxide is a very nasty thing. You can drop a piece of paper into it, and it will burn.
