It's Soooo Hot THAT -
The birds have to use potholders to pull worms out of the ground.
The trees are whistling for the dogs.
The best parking place is determined by shade instead of distance.
Hot water now comes out of both taps.
You can make sun tea instantly.
You learn that a seat belt buckle makes a pretty good branding iron.
The temperature drops below 95 F (35 C) and you feel a little chilly.
You discover that in July it only takes 2 fingers to steer your car.
You discover that you can get sunburned through your car window.
You actually burn your hand opening the car door.
You break into a sweat the instant you step outside............. at 7:30 a.m.
Your biggest bicycle wreck fear is, "What if I get knocked out and end up
lying on the pavement and cook to death?"
You realize that asphalt has a liquid state.
The potatoes cook underground, so all you have to do is pull one out and add butter, salt and pepper. and of course Sour Cream, onions (already cooked) and a few serving spoons of Chile
Farmers are feeding their chickens crushed ice to keep them from laying boiled eggs.
The cows are giving evaporated milk.

Welcome to the Canteen, Tampa Caver, and thanks for the great idea about sending pizza to the Israeli troops! I've done this before.
G-d bless and keep them safe.

Just remember that man cannot live by bread alone. Cheese, onions, mushrooms, tomato sauce, sausage, pepparoni, ham, green peppers, and black olives is required; hence, PIZZA!

I have absolutely no power. I even bought a new AC adaptor because I thought the old one was going out. When my battery ran down this evening, I plugged it in and it went into hibernation and never came back out. I try to start it up and it just sits there. My friend who sold it to me said that it may be some internal power thingy, and he doesn't think I've lost my data. I hope he's right. All my stuff is locked in it....and of course, I didn't have backup. *sigh* I sure would hate to have to replace all the music, graphics, and pictures that I had on the thing. Sorry to go on and on....I'm a little upset!
