What do you think will happen in this country should an all out war commence? There are sleeper cells and terrorist in this country just biding their time, waiting to teach us a lesson.

The shooting and murder in Washington St. is an example.

So, CNN, MSNBC, and now Reuters are reporting, but it's all just the same two sentence snippet. Seems like the others are just parroting CNN's scoop so they can appear to stay current while awaiting details.

that's a great photo.

I attended a lecture by Dr James Charlesworth of Princeton Theological Seminary. During the lecture on the Dead Sea Scrolls he noted the largest stone ever quaried was in the Temple in Jerusalem. I sent him a photocopy of the Haliburton description and he acknowledged the Balbeck stone was larger.

For the record, it is said to be 68 feet long, 14 feet wide and 14 feet tall. Richard Halliburton (one of my favorite authors) says it is over 1700 years old so dates from historic times.

It is on my list of places to go but like Isfahan, doubt if I will ever make it.

I usually am correct; however, the rest of your reply was most confusing. Do you supply a special decoder ring for your posts? LOL

Did you have it drilled or did you use a "pounder"? I ask because I have to have a well dug in a few weeks and I'm hearing different pros and cons...

Isn't this where Zacharia Sitchen's aliens touched down?

Ba'al Bek massive and impressive ruins, some of the largest stones ever cut and moved by man.

And those people call themselves "conservatives". That's the worst part of it.

And scary. He's an anti semite just like his daddy and all their apologizing and making excuses for him just won't wash.

Just imagine. Had Israel listened to the pleas of the U.N. for a cease fire, why, it wouldn't be in Baalbeck now. And they wouldn't be threatening the stronghold of Hezbollah, and the possible storage center of Saddam's WMDs. Not only that, if there were a cease fire, Hezbollah would have used the time to repair roads, bridges, and maybe even the airport runway so that when Israel moved into Ballbeck, Hezbollah wouldn't be trapped in caves and bunkers. They would have had to ability to scoot up to Baalbek and defend their nasty little HQ. (Hey Hezzies, who's minding the "store" up in Baalbek? Oh, no one because you're all in Southern Lebanon?) But, that all assumes that Israel would have listened to the frightened panicked pleas for a ceasefire. But Israel DIDN'T listen. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Do not be around the DNC headquarters (or hindquarters) if the IDF were to find a few truckloads of Saddam's WMDs. You will be hit by either skull fragments from exploding heads or more spinning than a whirling dervish convention.

Not to worry.

The Moonbat FAXed Talking Points Memo of the Day would refer to Dubya "paying" the IDF to go into Syria and "find" WMD's.

That's what Condi Rice was doing over there. She is nothing more than Dubya's bag lady for delivering money to the Jooooze and telling them to land forces in northern Lebanon and we will air drop in dummy WMD's with Iraqi markings for them to claim they found in Syria.

I have heard so many convoluted ramblings and mewlings of Loonie Left Moonbats that now I just ask them if Osama's cave had electricity to run the fans for blowing smoke up their butts.

Now Haaretz in Israel (but just the same snippet) :

Witnesses reported Tuesday night that Israel Air Force warplanes late Tuesday attacked at least five suspected Hezbollah positions near Baalbek in eastern Lebanon's Bekaa Valley, three hours before the official end of a two-day pause in the air war. Witnesses said fighter jets and helicopters were still above Baalbek. There was no information immediately available on what was hit or if there were casualties.

Israel Defense Forces thrust deep into eastern Lebanon on Tuesday in an escalation of the war and landed troops by helicopter in the Hezbollah heartland near Baalbek.

Lebanese security sources said Israeli soldiers had landed by helicopter near Baalbek in the eastern Bekaa valley as aircraft launched several strikes in the region.

One Lebanese officer saying the Israeli presence in the air above the ancient city was "unprecedented."

Yep, the Hezzies have been flanked.

Things will get interesting now...they'll be crawling out of their holes to move north and support HQ. Once out of the holes, easy target practice.

All this in the FACE of Syria and Iran who are powerless to stop it. The only thing missing is the Israeli PM on TV calling them (Iran/Syria)pussies:)
