I don't think you get a pass for the Jew comments. True, but I don't think "Jew comments" show up in your average police report, either. They usually say "the suspect was combative" or "the suspect was verbally abusive." Seldom do they go into this much detail. My BS beeber is set to stune.

For what it's worth, a local SoCal TV station just went on the air basically confirming this version of the arrest (although not providing quite so much detail). They cited additional sources "at the Sheriff's department".
