Assuming this account is true, you can't just explain his behavior away by saying he's HUMAN. His remarks are more than just being human. It's like you saying Terrorists that blow themselves up to kill innocent women and children are just human.

Sheesh I can't stand drunks. It sounds to me like Mel may just have a problem... I wonder if he even remembered any of it after he woke up the next day.
