CNN Exposes Hizbullah's Staging Tactics

A CNN reporter has exposed tactics used by Hizbullah terrorists to stage media events in order to give the impression of a large number of civilian casualties caused by Israeli bombing attacks on terrorist position, according to a report issued by the Honest Reporting organization.

Rich Noyes said he was assigned to photograph buildings damaged in the bombings. "After letting us take pictures of a few damaged buildings, they take us to another location, where there are ambulances waiting. This is a heavily orchestrated Hezbollah media event. When we got here, all the ambulances were lined up," and the drivers turned on their sirens and sped away for photographers. "These ambulances aren't responding to any new bombings. The sirens are strictly for effect," Noyes said.

Oh, sure these media events are staged -- no doubt about that.

But they're still "authentic".

My b-i-l has a family in his parish that was caught in this most recent round of fighting while on a visit to family in Lebanon. This woman and her four children were visiting her husband's brother's family, and were staying in an apartment in a Christian section of a town in Southern Lebanon. They noticed several large trucks sitting in the parking lot of the complex, but no one knew to whom they belonged. One day, the Israelis bombed the trucks, and though the folks in the apartments at first wondered why their area was being bombed, they realized immediatey why when the rockets that were in the trucks began cooking off and causing secondary explosions.

Obviously, Hezbollah had parked the trucks storing extra rockets in the Christian section because they believed that the Israelis wouldn't bomb the area. SURPRISE!

This woman said that it was amazing, but no one in the apartments was killed in the explosions. Sounds like some pretty good shootin to me!

It is great that Israel is setting the rule that they bomb Hizb'allah stuff no matter where it is. Enough of that crap. I heard that they were trying to give people warnings to get out before they bombed. Let the Hizzies know that tactic isn't going to work.

He must be Anderson Cooper's photo/video guy. AC did a report a couple of nights ago in which he said this very same thing, almost word for word, about the ambulances.

Knowing that CNN = Crescent News Network they must have some angle on this like we are proving that we are not biased.

Next week they'll be back to reporting more contorted than Al Jeezera.

Anderson Cooper said this on his show when he was showing footage from the Hezbollah-controlled areas of South Beirut.

Hate to admit it but I have been watching a bit off CNN lately. I saw this tape, believe that it was Anderson Cooper ?? I could hardly belive my ears as he told us about this orchestrated Hezbollah media event.

That's almost as bad as the Israeli drone video from a few years ago about the Palestinian funeral from the "Jenin Massacre" where they were faking a dead body on a stretcher. The video showed the procession dropping the body, the guy climbing back on the stretcher and then moving on again.

Slight translation error here. It turns out that Rich Noyes is not a CNN photographer -- he wrote an article in Newsbusters about Anderson Cooper's Monday show which showed this ambulance scam among others. No wonder it sounded so similar.

I guess Hezbollah forgot to hire the PR firm the Bosnian and Albanian Muslims used. All their fake masacres were instanteously regarded as absolute fact by every media outlet outside Serbia, esp. CNN (well truth be told, the LA Times and AFP saw through some of the fakery, but they were drowned out by the chorus led by CNN).

Speaking of media ploys, it would appear that the Hezbo fighters carry around with them, along with their explosives, guns, knives and other implements of death, a healthy supply of stuffed animals. Not for their own entertainment or emotional support, mind you, but for when they come across a camera crew at a bomb crater, they can toss a Pooh-bear into the crater and lament the cruelty of the Israelis.
