Stay safe! Maybe a change of tagline will bring about a change in recent Baghdad activities? Unless you *like* that sort of thing, of course.

Prayers continue.

Good morning/afternoon!

Yes, we all enjoyed MadIvan's posts. Hopefully he will return one day.

Keep you head down, and moisturizer on! ;^)

Just heard about the Israeli soldiers who were ambushed. Haven't heard confirmation but one of ther Lebanese channels is saying 25 israeli soldiers killed. We're checking other sources...

I can't get over Condi's low heels. Isn't this serious enough for her uber-boots?

I also noticed one of my favorite renowned Freepers...who shall remain nameless...has also avoided posting on these volatile topics.

She is probably the smart one...and more sane for it. ;^)

I do not like that sort of thing. ;-)

I have enjoyed the periods of calm we've experienced. We had a long one in May and the beginning of June and another short one after Zarqawi was wasted.

P.S. You're as bad as I am - thinking my tagline will have an impact on the current activities. I am sometimes convinced that what I'm wearing will effect how my sports teams fare in pivotal games. I followed those superstitions religiously during the NLCS (Astros!) last fall. LOL

Any Poll carried out by the Gaurdian is about as trustworthy as something from the NY Times.

The editor probably has a direct line to Naznutter and calls him to ask which lies he would like published today.

As of your post, that informaion is unsourced.

Good analysis leaves a very visible question marks attached to all data which isn't corroborated by at least three independent known sources, and this info has yet to reach one.

Be very careful using or making decisions on the basis of unsourced, unverified material.

We're still checking to verify that. We got a call from Lebanon and that announcement came from a station that sympathizes with Hezbollah. There is still a good chance that it could be B.S.

I shouldn't have posted it until we had substantiation. My bad.

The Navy would probably look favorably on such a challenge. Then we could make like Hugo Chavez, and give away the captured oil to the poor, or better yet, Israel!

I like the way you think. ;-)

Being now in a way-too-long run of personal bad luck, I have found that if I do not watch my college f-ball team play, or even listen, it causes them to win. If I watch or listen, the opposite. I might hire myself out as an anti-jinx.

However, the only people who would pay me would be Texans fans - I *know* there must be some, there are people in the stands - and I couldn't work for that; I have a conscience. (Luv Ya Blue!)

(Should I or shouldn't I? No, you're under fire ... won't do it ... we're the Houston Oilers ... Houston Oilers ... Houston Oilers #1 - HA! Luv Ya Bum!)
