With their vast experience, no one can surrender with as much professionalism as the French. After all this is part of their basic military training and national pride. The French, the world's most professional surrenderers.

Tanks have a crew of about 5.
Maybe they're hanging on the sides, but that doesn't strike me as terribly safe.

Ummm Hezbollah has only been around since around the late 70's early 1980's. I think you are referring to UN Resolution 1559 which was passed in 2004.

Must be an APC and not a tank if it carries 25. No doubt there is a mix of armor with tanks and personnel carriers.

Slow way is the best to liquidate Hizbullah fighters and their weapons (rockets. missile) caches. Victory will not come from liquidating the Hezbullah fighters. Their women will just breed more
Victory will not come from destroying their caches. Their suppliers will just send more
Victory will come when they get serious about killing the financial backers of Hezbullah, or otherwise convincing them that financing Jihad groups is a really bad idea.
Jihad groups will dry up and blow away if they have no financing, and their fighters have to actually get real jobs to feed themselves

Well if each tank carried 5 soldiers..then there might be four tanks.

Of course it's not. Jesus was Jewish, after all, and fulfilled the Jewish Scripture's requirements for their "Messiah." Thoroughly Jewish, and thoroughly non-antisemitic.

Good morning.
"Israeli Army will take recruits from the folks here..."
They told me in 1971 that I would be welcome if I were willing to embrace Judaism, learn Hebrew and become an Israeli citizen.
I would have thought that nothing had changed.
Good luck to the IDF and Israel. Good luck to us, too.

I hope the IDF isn't afraid to shoot anything that moves!
If it running, it's a Hezbulla. If it's walking, it's a clever Hezbulla. If it standing still, it's a very clever Hezbulla or a UN observer.
Best post of the day award.

Posts like the above is why I love this site!!!
People tell it like it is
Sometimes, people on this site are
Sometimes, when we need to be, we are
People will say what they think and it makes me think
Nobody 'round here likes to listen to stupid people
we all understand the waste of time
we all now that
and
we love
and
we understand the need to thin the herd
we know who started it
and we all know that the
and we all

I've been saying that for a long time now.
Kofi's descendants will be embarrassed to carry his name.
That is the legacy he is leaving. And he is either too stupid to care or the ill gotten gains he is reaping seem to be worth it, to him.
What a disgusting excuse for a human being.

Troops often pile on at the rear because they can't walk as fast as the tanks can drive.
It would greatly tire the troops to have to run at high speed trying to keep up with the tanks and then immediately enter combat. If they didn't ride, they would be too worn out to fight.
I'm pretty sure this is going to be a fast moving operation to overwhelm the enemy and it is unreasonable to keep the troops running for long periods of time.
