What's interesting to me is how many people who call themselves conservatives are NOT delighted that their money is not going to be spent on this.
It seems that bashing the President is the highest good here, and that even political values are secondary to their hatred.
Very revealing picture of the malcontents.....

...women would be exploited to harvest enough embryos to do the 'research' needed.
I Pray this doesn't Happen, but I wouldn't be Surprised at Anything that Happens in this Fallen World. :(
Giving Thanks with you, Dear Ohio, for our Pro-Life President, and for his Godly Veto!

The RINOs who voted for approval should be made to worry about holding their seats come November.

The President said he would veto it.
He did it immediately and outspokenly. Didn't wait till Friday afternoon to try to bury it at the tail end of the news cycle.
Let the wailing and gnashing of teeth of the MSM, the pro-death secularists, and the anti-Christian left begin.
Sometimes I really like the guy in the White House.

Six-month fetuses don't look like infants. I gotta tell ya firebrand, when I hold the photo of an ultrasound taken at four and a half months pregnant, next to a photo of my one week old grandson, I would have to disagree. There is no mistaking that they are the same person. The experience really changed many of my thoughts on these type of issues.

Congratulations to the President for doing the right thing for the innocent unborn.

All embryos are living. They have to be killed to harvest their stem cells.

Where is that written or mandated? Sounds for sure like a commodity right there.

Another reason to be happy President Bush is in office!
Amen! It took years, but he finally, actually, vetoed something. Now I can go around telling everybody how much of a Conservative he is, and nobody can say "why doesn't he ever veto anything?"

An apple seed is not an apple tree. An embryo is not a human being until it is a fetus. Speaking Ex Cathedra, there? Your word is infallible? Because I sure don't see anything beyond your opinion and word semantics backing this up.
