Try wine. It comes with a seal.

Hate Crime? The "victim over 60" charges seem to be hate-crime inspired.
The age of the victim should not matter under the concept of equal protection under the law.

Hate Crime? I'd like to see you try and prove he knew who the victims would be.

Apparently the store employee did this to some bottles of juice before it was sold. It can't really be a hate crime if you don't know in advance who the victims will be. There's no evidence that Christians were targeted because they were Christians.

The age of the victim should not matter under the concept of equal protection under the law. "equal protection under the law"?? *snort* That went the way of the dodo bird and the 10th Amendment. It hasn't been a valid legal principle in a generation.
How naive can one be?

All crime is a form of hate - it's time to get real about that. The guy sounds like the typical useless sociopath - evil, but cowardly...

I worked with a few women who disliked a certain appraiser. They took his coffee cup (which he set in the kitchen for others to wash for him) and washed it, then would pour in the dish detergent and rub it around the inside of the cup. They knew it would give him the runs. The ringleader was in her 60s. Guess I know why I don't work there anymore.

I'd like to see you try and prove he knew who the victims would be.It's safe to say that the victims would be Christian Baptists.
