Like chanting Buddhist monks, the presidents critics repeat 100 times daily: Bush Lied People Died. The lie, of course, is that Saddam Hussein possessed Weapons of Mass Death. There were none, Senator Jack Reed (D., R.I.) told his colleagues June 21. They were not there. Absent such munitions, the argument goes, U.S. involvement in Iraq is nothing but a blood-soaked misadventure unfolding on a collapsed façade of falsehoods. Nevertheless, while the liberal press gently sleeps, evidence continues to mount that Hussein had WMDs, though perhaps not in quantities that would bulge warehouses.
Since 2003 Coalition forces have recovered approximately 500 weapons munitions which contain degraded mustard or sarin nerve agent, states a June 21 declassified summary of a report from the National Ground Intelligence Center. Despite many efforts to locate and destroy Iraqs pre-Gulf War chemical munitions, filled and unfilled pre-Gulf War chemical munitions are assessed to still exist.
Are these weapons old and inert? The Pentagon unit warns, While agents degrade over time, chemical warfare agents remain hazardous and potentially lethal.
Iraq was not a WMD-free zone, said House Intelligence chairman Peter Hoekstra (R., Mich.). Weapons have been discovered. More weapons exist. Hoekstra and Senator Rick Santorum (R., Pa.) have pressured the administration to detail its WMD findings.

I have NO idea why the admin. will NOT show the world what Saddam had in the way of WMD.
Funny how a WMD all of a sudden gets real small and available anywhere when it kills one or two of their own.
The only way I heard about this earlier was when FOX was reporting it. I'm STILL WAITING to see it published in our paper, however, I'm NOT holding my breath.
Technically, a WMD is chem/nuke/bio, but I see your point.
"I have NO idea why the admin. will NOT show the world what Saddam had in the way of WMD."
Because if they do on tomorrows front page of the NY Slimes above the fold will read:
"WMD's Missing in Iraq" Terrorists have access to WMD's and it is Bush's fault that the WMD went missing.
Easier to say there weren't any and know you are going to win Ohio.
There are no WMDs in Iraq, DailyKos says so.
There is some truth to the Line "There were no WMD when we went to war against Iraq."
All the current stuff was moved to Syria or back to Russia.
After all, the buildup and waiting on the U.N. and Senator Rockefeller's disclosure gave everyone 6 months head start.
WMD is not large but has to be handled with care.
If you view George W. (George H. W. included), as being on the side of conservatives, you will, of course, have difficulty discerning the reason(s) for his actions.
What the heck are you trying to say?
I would think the answer would be more than obvious.
Do you think otherwise?
My guess is we will hear more about it come October, just prior to November elections.
I think he's saying the Bush family are anything but conservative.
Globalists yes, but American conservatives......hardly.
BDS perhaps?
We have a BINGO. Grazi, vielen dank, arigato, and thank you.
The current administration won't display the WMD's found because "made in Russia, made in Germany, and made in China" are all cards to be played later, should the need arise.
I would hope that it would be in the not too distant future. But then I have been waiting a very long time for a true conservative too come forward and slap the living dog doodoo out of the liberals. And am still waiting....
What is BDS?
