It's evil that terrorists deliberately hide among civilians to insure that there will be civilian casualties if they are attacked.

But it's also evil that they have the assurance that the MSM will support them by condemning the legitimate armies who, despite every effort, sometimes inflict damage on those around their targets.

DM Peretz Expected to Declare a State of Emergency

(IsraelNN.com) Defense Minister Amir Peretz is expected to declare a “state-of-emergency” on Israel’s Homefront as a result of the ongoing rocket attacks from southern Lebanon.

Such a declaration carries ramifications, including the ability of security agencies to order the closure of schools and summer programs, as well as activating essential services and factories, compelling employees to report to work.

The cabinet will discuss such a move tomorrow, Sunday, at the weekly cabinet meeting.

Fox News just had a discussion on the problems in the Middle East..and a woman named, Sandy Rios was on...

She gets it---she said that too many people DON'T get that we are in a "fight to the death"...that the appeasers and such think that these people can be bargained with, talked to, etc.

She went on to say that if we had fought Hilter, the way "we" are fighting these groups and countries...Hitler would never have gotten beat....that everytime he was approached to "bargain"...he would just take more of Eastern Europe..

She said the sooner everyone "gets it"...the sooner we can fix it...but NOT by appeasing dictators and terrorist groups..

She was good.

I've been thinking about how Syria and Iran are probably going to intervene. If you think about it, I think its a foregone conclusion they are going to lose their proxy (Hizbullah) at the end of this conflict. Israel seems intent either on destroying Hizbullah itself or will require it to be dismantled. If Hizbullah goes down without Syrian or Iranian intervention they lose major face in the Islamic world, which may spell the end of their respective regimes

Patriot Missile Batteries Deployed in Haifa

(IsraelNN.com) Three Patriot anti-ballistic missile batteries have been placed in Haifa over the Sabbath after Hizbullah fired rockets into the port city last week.

The military confirmed the placement of the Patriots in Haifa, adding it is the first time the anti-ballistic missile system is being deployed in Israel in a number of years.

Haifa has special strategic significance, being home to a major seaport, as well as primary Israel Electric Company power station, and oil refineries.

Speaking of Fox...I was pretty disgusted this am with them. When the Sofalad called I flipped on TV and there was Cavuto babbling about the stocks. I flip to CNN and they're live in Israel and Lebanon.

Fox is blowing it huge. If Ailes wnats to know why their ratings are sliding he need look no further than this.

Just a question, has anyone considered that the reason the Arab League has stated that the "peace process is dead" is to somehow preclude any of the nations in the Arab league of keeping peace with Israel aka. Egypt, Jordan.
