Iran and Syria want a war. May G-d be with the Jewish IDF. Let them haul a$$ against Ahmadinejad, Syria and every Islamofascist in the face of the earth and now the U.S. is in a great position to back Israel up.

How long will it be before Iran and Syria play their trump cards and show what kind of weapons they really have? When they do, the U.S. and Israel need to blast their facilities.

IAF warplanes and navy gunboats struck a Palestinian terrorist base south of Beirut late Wednesday, Lebanese security officials said, in the closest raid to the Lebanese capital since fighting erupted in southern Lebanon after the kidnapping of two IDF soldiers.

Warplanes flew over the Naameh base in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean, about 16 kilometers south of Beirut. Gunboats sailed facing the position, and explosions rang out across the area.

The base is run by the Syrian-backed Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command and was a frequent target of Israeli attacks in the past.

Israel has issued the Tzav 8, or Order 8, general call up of Reservists. That means that we and they have shared intelligence that the Iranians and the Syrians were about to begin a general terrorist offensive. Now there is a rumor on an Israeli blog that Olmert is going to pull a big surprise and declare war on Hezboallah and Hamas tonight. But the big move is the Order 8-that has huge meaning in Israeli society. Isreal has been moved to a war footing.

The IDF General Staff may, repeat may, have put into motion a preemptive campaign in Lebanon to scotch Iranian plans for a terrorist offensive against Israel. Key to their success is our presence in Iraq.

You're going to see the U.S. line up with the Isrealis. We know that Teheran is behind the Hez and the Hamas antics.
