This is a breath of fresh air:

White House:

"The United States condemns in the strongest terms this unprovoked act of terrorism, which was timed to exacerbate already high tensions in the region and sow further violence. We also hold Syria and Iran, which have provided long-standing support for Hezbollah, responsible for today's violence. We call for the immediate and unconditional release of the Israeli soldiers."

I know, it was making me mad as well, but at least we were getting some coverage, now O'Reilly is talking about the latest nonissues of the day.

At this point I am grateful for any coverage, even biased.

BTW, I can't remember the exact reference, but Jennifer Griffin was talking about one of the stories over there a couple of years ago, and showed a stunning lack of knowledge of Jewish and Biblical history, something on the order of calling Rachel the wife of Moses (when Rachel's tomb was taken over) or some such mistake. And she is Fox's middle east expert.

Israel's track record in Lebanon however cannot be regarded as particularly successful however.

I spotted her years ago. She should not be over there she is so transparent. She should realize that if one of her
terrorist friends had a chance they would cut her head off in an instant.

"Go Jews, Go!

Be Seeing You,

Chris"

Are you therefore ambivalent about the Druze, Christians, Berbers, Beduins and even Arab Muslims that call Israel home and serve in her defence forces?

Our thinking here is that Israel is staging for a two-pronged attack on Syria (from Lebanon and the Golan). Here's hoping...

Luke 21:28 "But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

Luke 21:32 "Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place."

Revelation 19

Zechariah 14

My bad. My knowledge of the Bible is horribly lacking. My bf is sitting here as we speak, trying to figure out if you are referring to entire chapters or specific verses. I'm using a Douay Rhems Bible. Revelations=Apocolypse.

Okay, we just read Zechariah 14. Sounds like nuclear war...Powerful. Is that what you were referring to?

I believe that the IAF/IDF strikes are working from a detailed organizational chart. They are nailing the leadership group by group, along with the intermingled blowing up of ministries to get the attention of the remaining Arabs... keep 'em guessing who's next.

This is awesome, and about time! Would you like a slice of cake? It's devil's food, with vanilla-hazelnut buttercream icing ;) Don't have any candy laying around, to pass out. You all know what I'm getting at, right?

We'd yodel and dance in the front yard, but my bf's back went out a couple of days ago. No worries, the grin on our faces is enough.

We think we may have prematurely judged Ohlmert. Let's wait and see how this pans out. Go Israel!!!!

I'll see your verses and toss a couple back your way:

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24:14

And the gospel must first be published among all nations. Mark 13:10

I remarked on these verses in the remembrance service for 911 after the announcers made the comment that the service was being televised "to every nation of the world." Billy Graham outlined the Gospel that night.

In 2002, the Syrian army has roughly 215,000 soldiers. The generall readiness and effectiveness of the Syrian Army is fairly low despite the generally good readiness of its special forces, roughly two armored divisions, one mechanized division and the Republican Guard division. Syria has a significant quantity of armor numbering some 4,700 tanks, though 1,200 are placed in static defensive positions and another 2,000 are T-55s and T-62s. Syria does however have some 1,700 T-72/72Ms.

Virtually all of Syria armored reconnaissance vehicles (600 BRDM-2s and 125 BRDM-2 RKHs) are out-dated as is their 2,000 BMP-1s, though the 200-350 BMP-2s and BMP-3s are more modern.

"That's why I think you'll see some poor schmucks in a luckless Syrian armored division called on to attack the Golani Brigade."

Not a chance. Even slow-witted Boy Assad Junior knows that the recent Hamas (Gaza) and Hezbollah (Lebanon) escalations are attempts by Al Qaeda to create a wider war that forces Islamic nations to fight against Infidels (e.g. Syria versus Israel, Pakistan versus India, Iran versus the U.S., etc.).

Syria won't get sucked into this simple-minded plot.

No such luck. Here is today's call for restraint. Same template used as always. Meaning of the words infer Israel should show restraint.

What is her problem????? My bf wonders if she's a closet Muslim sympathizer. Well he said so a couple of weeks ago, and there she goes again :( Won't support her for any office, which really sucks, because I like her aside from her obvious bias against Israel.
