Hmmm...this should be interesting. I wonder how it will affect Scooter Libby's case. [I also wonder how it will affect FNC's ratings tomorrow night.] :o)

"That Fitzgerald did not indict any of these sources may indicate his conclusion that none of them violated the Intelligence Identities Protection Act." So Fitzgerald's ridiculous claim that he was protecting "an important principle" by indicting Libby, and indeed his whole investigation, was nothing more than a pathetic, despicable smear job. If the prosecutor knew, as now appears incontrovertably to be true, that there was in fact nothing to investigate, it's time for him to apologize, resign, and never again aspire to hold an office of public trust, and for the President to pardon Libby.

Maybe Hannity will tell us who gave him that 'leaked' memo that came out of old Rockefeller's office. That memo sure did lay out the road map that leads us to where we are today.
There is one point that I do believe that Joe Wilson did tell the truth about, his trip to Niger was NOT his woman Val gal's initial idea. Somebody a lot higher up the food chain set in motion the plot to save Saddam, the rest appears like a 'Watergate learned' attempt to indict a sitting President.

LOL, this is really tooooooo funny.
