Brit Hume said Novak learned of Plame's CIA status from JOE WILSON and then confirmed it in Who's Who! He also got confirmation from a CIA source whose name I did not recognize.

Didn't Libby provided a signed waiver for Judith Miller and the other male reporter to release his name. It has been reported that he did so at least a year before they finally came forward. Would he provide a waiver to two other reporters and not Novak?
