BOB NOVAK, My Leak Case Testimony: 'I learned Valerie Plame's name from Joe Wilson's entry in 'Who's Who in America'... MORE Published reports that I took the Fifth Amendment, made a plea bargain with the prosecutors or was a prosecutorial target were all untrue... MORE... My primary source has not come forward to identify himself... Bill Harlow, the CIA public information officer who was my CIA source for the column confirming Mrs. Wilson's identity. I learned Valerie Plame's name from Joe Wilson's entry in 'Who's Who in America'... I answered questions using the names of Rove, Harlow and my primary source... I considered his wife's role in initiating Wilson's mission, later confirmed by the Senate Intelligence Committee, to be a previously undisclosed part of an important news story. I reported it on that basis.
Feeling like a kid in a candy shop! LOL....I want more! He should change his schedule and come on Brit TONIGHT! Why make us wait another 24 hours! LOL
Will he tell us who his primary source is or not?
Thanks for the ping Howlin.
Who are Pitt and Co.?
Who are you so I know when I listen in??
Drudge Says that Novak will claim that he got Plame's identity from Joe Wilson's who's who in America
Blue Horse Shoe
Here's the Who's Who DOC. Valerie Plame is circled in red.

washingtonpost.com- Former Insider Lashes Out
By Dan Froomkin - Special to washingtonpost.com Thursday, October 20, 2005; 1:12 PM
It didn't make the front page this morning, but it seems to me that it's a big deal when a former top administration official declares that a secret cabal led by the vice president has hijacked U.S. foreign policy, inveigled the president, condoned torture and crippled the ability of the government to respond to emergencies.
Lawrence Wilkerson, who was chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell until both men resigned in January, unleashed his blistering attack on the Bush White House yesterday at a luncheon at a Washington think tank.
Edward Alden writes in the Financial Times: "Vice-President Dick Cheney and a handful of others had hijacked the government's foreign policy apparatus, deciding in secret to carry out policies that had left the US weaker and more isolated in the world, the top aide to former Secretary of State Colin Powell claimed on Wednesday.
"In a scathing attack on the record of President George W. Bush, Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, chief of staff to Mr Powell until last January, said: 'What I saw was a cabal between the vice-president of the United States, Richard Cheney, and the secretary of defense, Donald Rumsfeld, on critical issues that made decisions that the bureaucracy did not know were being made.'
" 'Now it is paying the consequences of making those decisions in secret, but far more telling to me is America is paying the consequences.' . . .
"The comments, made at the New America Foundation, a Washington think-tank, were the harshest attack on the administration by a former senior official since criticisms by Richard Clarke, former White House terrorism czar, and Paul O'Neill, former Treasury secretary, early last year."
Nothing stated shows how Rove was involved nor his first source.
I imagine he called Rove who said not much besides it was interesting or he heard it from someone else.
In the end, what Novak has to say won't be earth shattering or even surprising.
exactly! Since Joe was against Iraqi sanctions in the first place, the obvious question would be "Why was he sent?" Any reporter with half a brain could have unearthed Ms Plame. Especially since the CIA so willingly confirmed her employment.
Watching Mathhews as I type he is spazzing out..oh I guess that is normal for him.
Mathhews just said per a leak, that it is Bill Harlow that will be named.
Who he? Novak? The Who's Who thing has been known for a long time. By deduction, neither Rove, nor Harlow were his "primary source".
Who is Bill Harlow?
The primary source is Wilson himself, in the form of his entry in Who's Who.
We gave you some rope, and look what you made for yourselves!
Andrea Mitchell? Wouldn't that be delicious!!
