No. Drudge is quoting and leaving out pertinent information...such as his first source. Novak learned Plame's name from the Who's who entry. He then asked Harlow to confirm which he did.

Nothing stated shows how Rove was involved nor his first source.

I imagine he called Rove who said not much besides it was interesting or he heard it from someone else.

In the end, what Novak has to say won't be earth shattering or even surprising.
