I read Le Roy Barnett's letter ("Muslims, speak up," June 26) about Muslims' opinion on Abdul Rahman's conversion to Christianity.
Islam is not only a religion, it is a complete way of life. Islam guides Muslims from birth to grave. The Quran and prophet Muhammad's words and practical application of Quran in life cannot be changed.
Islam is a guide for humanity, for all times, until the day of judgment. It is forbidden in Islam to convert to any other religion. The penalty is death. There is no disagreement about it.
Islam is being embraced by people of other faiths all the time. They should know they can embrace Islam, but cannot get out. This rule is not made by Muslims; it is the supreme law of God.
Please do not ask us Muslims to pick some rules and disregard other rules. Muslims are supposed to embrace Islam in its totality.

Any deranged belief system that subscribes to a penalty of death for leaving the cult not only should NEVER be referred to as a religion but should be ridiculed for the insane devil worshiping hate cult it is.
I cannot address the rest of the world but if we in the USA can refrain from incorrectly assigning it the status of a religion we can then legally prosecute it as a hate cult so as to remove its cancerous stain from the fabric of this country.
I will continue to post my 3 simple litmus tests for a valid religion until someone can prove they don't make sense.
#1: If your belief commands you to kill or enslave those who are not of your religion then you fail the litmus test. .
#2: If your belief commands you to kill anyone who leaves your organization then you fail the litmus test.
#3: If your belief demands you kill or enslave anyone who writes, draws, speaks negatively about your belief you fail the litmus test.

I agree with every point. There is no way I will ever consider Islam to be a religion. It is nothing but a runawya cult that should have died out in the 9th century.

Well, that is what is so dangerous about these people. They have a dark age mentality with modern weapons systems. Frightening.

Pretty much the same thing but I would say that they are manifestations of methodical brainwashing to the point where the mind is indeed damaged and cannot discern right from wrong or good from evil.
Liberalism and Islam are, IMO, manifestations of mental illness, not unlike screaming at invisible people in the street.
Plain and simple... islam is a cancerous tumor and must be eliminated from our shores. Like any cancer, some times you have to cut out some benign tissue to get the whole tumor.
This includes those who were born here into full citizenship and converted - they are more than welcome to go on the one-way hajj to - well, anywhere else but here.
