Will Rudolph Giuliani be a heavyweight presidential contender in 2008? Some of his enemies evidently think so. They have already begun to raise the alarm.
One early entry is "Giuliani Time," a newly released documentary film that aims to land a pre-emptive blow. The title gives the game away even before the start. "It's Giuliani time" is the phrase said to have been uttered by a New York City policeman as he sodomized Abner Louima, a Haitian immigrant, with a broomstick in a Brooklyn precinct house in 1997. ...
Within the film itself, the director Kevin Keating has lined up a series of talking heads to explain why the two-term mayor of New York is in fact to be regarded as an evil figure. The principal voice is that of Wayne Barrett, a Village Voice reporter and the author of a 1999 book, "Rudy! An Investigative Biography," which argued that city hall under Mr. Giuliani was "a government of, for and by white people." Other witnesses for the prosecution flitting across the screen include some who, in the pre-Giuliani era, helped bring New York to its knees. One of them is the political scientist Frances Fox Piven, whose influence during the mayoralty of John V. Lindsay in the late 1960s contributed to a doubling of the city's welfare roles; another is Norman Siegel, who as head of the New York Civil Liberties Union labored tirelessly to thwart the crime-fighting efforts of the New York City police department; a third is Ron Kuby, the attorney who played a bit part in lighting the long fuse that went off on 9/11 by helping to win a murder acquittal for Sayed Nosair in the 1990 assassination of Rabbi Meir Kahane. (Nosair's apartment contained plans for the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center..)

But they are not very well-acquainted with the nature of the enemies Rudy made, and beat, when he was mayor, so I'm posting this article for educational purposes.
Oh, well, Rudi for President! But as a Democrat, please....
Rudy has my vote for President. I'm not looking for a Mr. Rodgers type that sings "it's a wonderful day in the neighborhood."

Actually it should say "Don't count him IN!"
Rudy who? Can not win GOP primaries for a very simple reason: We won't vote for him. The truth of the matter is that he has shown the way to crime free streets, but he has little else to offer.
A) Anti Second Amendment
B) Ordered NO enforcement against illegal aliens as mayor
C) Loves queer "marriage"
D) Hates almost born babies
E) Lived with two queers between marriage two and three.
Actually he would make a great running mate for the beast. He makes juan mckennedy look good.
Rudy is electable. No use to nominate someone who isn't electable.
Look at his website. He is running as a conservative.
Hmmm, I didn't know I was part of a "caucus". If so, its my first one. Do I get a lapel pin or something?
:-)
One of the cleanest ways to assure that we get a real choice for President in 2008 is to see two Liberal New Yorkers running against each other on the two top lines.
I really like Rudy as a person and a leader. But, he is very liberal on social issues and I can not in good conscience vote for someone who is pro choice, pro gay marriage/rights, pro open borders, and against the second amendment. I will have to vote third party if he is the nominee.
He would make a good democrat as has been suggested earlier.
Dear Jim Noble,
How do you define a member of the "anti-Rudy caucus"?
Thanks,

If you read the article, you will see that Rudy induces rabies in Democrats.
I don't think a guy who has them marching in the streets chanting,"Giuliani have you heard/This is not Johannesberg" would make a very good Democrat.

Rudy's enemies are mostly Liberal New Yorkers. Democrats in New York are totally afraid of and hate Rudy. Rudy is not afraid of them and they won't stop him. They didn't stop him when he was mayor and they won't stop him from running for president. If he runs, he's got my vote.
By the way, before Rudy, the hookers at Hunts Point were dancing nude in the middle of the street at noon, and were not being arrested.
Trucking companies routinely sent two trucks into Hunts Point so that they could back the rear doors together to foil thieves. The NYC Police told truckers not to stop at traffic lights as they would be robbed by gangs carrying freon to freeze the locks and sledge hammers to break them.
((((PING)))))
Rudy will clean so many clocks that the dims won't know what time it is.
