Since the NY Times believes it's in the public interest to put us all at increased risk at the hands of terrorists, and since untold millions will now have to be expended to develop new methods to track terrorist financing I think that a New York city location such as the NY Times building would be better used for some other purpose. And it would seem ironic justice if the same faulty ruling brought to us by the liberal judges be used to rid NY of the terrorist aiding Times. So my challenge is (and be clean) what better use should the Times location be put to?

Rationally, one obvious option is apartments, but I'm sure there are plenty of more interesting options.

Return the property confiscated by eminent domain for the benefit of the terrorism profiteering NYT to the small business owners who had their assets taken from them.

Level all of the buildings, remove the refuse, salt the earth so that nothing will grow and treat the land as a toxic waste dump.
Then do the same with the U.N.

New York City has been trying to install public toilets for years. This might be the solution.

I think the best way to make the NY slimes, and L.A. Pravda understand the consquences of exposing our tactics to hunt down terrorists is to let the terrorists know that we aren't protecting the buildings that house these two contemptible entities. Maybe then the editors will realize what's at stake since they don't seem to think anything is at stake now.

Given its 'prime location' of 229 West 43rd St, near Times Square IIRC, I think a homeless shelter would be fitting.

Frankly, before "Eminent Domaining" the NYT, I'd rather see NY start with the UN . . . . . . THEN go after pimples on the butt of society like the NYT.
