Folks, I was shocked! SHOCKED when I read an Associated Press news story that, in essence, told readers that the Democrat Party is cautioning their left-wing actvists to "cool it," and start sounding as if they are normal Americans instead of the Stalinist mob we've all come to know and love. Well, perhaps not love, but at least we know them and their Stalinist tactics.
When I first read the article, I figured some conservative hacked onto AP's website and planted this story of the Democrat Party's plan of deception. But it was a genuine AP news story. Perhaps the reporter and editor were toking on some "loco weed."
The thrust of the article was that three Democrat contenders for the 2008 presidential primary spoke with their base and asked them to start talking to "middle-class voters on religious faith, national security -- even NASCAR."
In other words, try to snooker the majority of Americans, especially those in the Red States, into believing that the Democrat Party -- which is infatuated with butchering unborn babies, but frowns on getting tough with terrorists; religiously kicks God out of the public arena; tells the world that our sons and daughters in the military are cold-blooded murderers and Nazis; and always looks to surrender to US enemies at the drop of a turban -- is the party to be trusted....

You can fool some of the people all of the time
You can fool all of the people some of the time
but the Dems try it every election time.
Sorry President Lincoln it just seemed to fit.
I like the way Bush said it.
Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame uh, uh
We're not gonna get fooled again.
Denial won't work.
"Great words, great message. I hope he writes some more editorials."

As President Lincoln could have added, ALL the dead vote a straight Democrat ticket.
LOL - Hey activists, cool it. Act like you're normal until after the election, ok?
Thanks for the ping.
LOLOL....anyone really think that Murtha, Kerry, Dean and assorted other kooks are going to retract their hate rhetoric and begin sounding sane?
Because the Democratic Party strongly supports the civil rights of Necro-Americans.
Perhaps the AP even sees that we have this war won and relizes the DNC is laying across the tracks?? More Steam!
Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
"ALL the dead vote a straight Democrat ticket."
Apparently also the Dog and Cat lobby as well as the Cartoon Character lobby.
It was a DUmmie that was complaining about knocking on doors on Sunday's and having people get mad that they were disrupted while watching football.
So the DUmmie had an idea that they (DUmmies) should go to sports bars and dress nice and wear Kerry buttons, and during TV timeouts and halftime there would surely be people seeing them having a good time and ask them about Kerry. Then they could regale their newfound friends with the wonders of voting dim (my paraphrasing).
He was all proud of thinking of this plan. He said you don't even need to like football to do it, just talk and laugh and seem to be having a good time and people would flock to them.
I thought it was hilarious! I was hoping they would try it at my sports bar because I knew anyone trying something like that would stand out like sore thumbs and look like the biggest bunch of dorks to ever walk the planet.
Sorry to say that each week while I was watching football I never saw them.
Thanks for the ping!

That is one of the all time most awesome comments I've seen on any site on the internet. Thanks hugely, for the chortles and for the term - I love it!!
BTW, you know that one of the authors checking this thread is going to steal that, doncha?

I did, in fact, independently coin the term, "Necro-American", years ago. I can't claim that I'm the first to use it. I like the construction: "The Democratic Party strongly supports full civil rights for Necro-Americans."
I also coined the term, "viably challenged", but I found another site that says that Zoombies prefer to be called "viably challenged", so I am not sure about precedence.
Use it to your heart's content. I (obviously) also like "Protocols of the Learned Elders of CBS", another original.
