Invested $100K in Global Crossing, which turned into $18M. McAuliffe did work for Global Crossing's CEO Gary Winnick. Luckily McAuliffe got his money out before accounting irregularities were revealed demonstrated that GC had an inflated stock price, resulting in the company's bankruptcy. Whew!

While he was Clinton's fundraiser, McAuliffe accepted $375,000 "contingency fee" from Prudential Insurance for a lease deal with Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Such contingency fees are considered bribes and are against Federal law.

Favors for sale? Legislation for sale? So, what is new? Amazing how this trail of Libs (Hitlery, McCauliffe) make these "front investments" only to have them turn into large sums --- I wonder what Hitlery will "invest" in next?? Maybe Mexican oil companies?

It was hilarious when Hannity challenged McAwful on the air about his $100,000 investment turning into $18,000,000 (180 fold increase, IMPOSSIBLE at any time during his investment period).

McAwful responded, "you know Sean, that's capitalism, if you don't like it, you go to China or Cuba" (or words to that effect).

As I was growing up, I read a number of baseball and political biographies. I never could have imagined that someone's bio would have to include sexual orientation.

People always wondered how an airhead like Claudia Kennedy became a three star general during the Clinton Administration, the highest ranking female in history, with no accomplishments on her record other than PC programs, like COO (Consideration of Others).

Well, Claudia Kennedy was the girl friend of McAuliffe's father-in-law, Richard Swann. McAullife put in the good word with Bill and Hillary to get Kennedy promoted several times up to the three stars. Swann also got Kennedy set up for consultant and corporate positions on his companies after her military retirement.

It must be killing McAuliffe not having the strings of power and contacts to make money for himself and his relatives and friends and their romantic partners.

He tried to get Clinton an insider deal sweetheart loan. That was squashed, and the Clintons had to go through the regular loan process like real people.
