McAullife put in the good word with Bill and Hillary to get Kennedy promoted several times up to the three stars. Swann also got Kennedy set up for consultant and corporate positions on his companies after her military retirement.

It must be killing McAuliffe not having the strings of power and contacts to make money for himself and his relatives and friends and their romantic partners.
