Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson will appear as a guest on "Hannity & Colmes" tonight, Friday, June 16, at 9 p.m. EST / 6 p.m. PT to discuss a District of Columbia Superior Court grand juries decision to not indicte Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney for allegedly assaulting a Capitol Police Officer last March.

THESE THINGS ARE ALWAYS ANNOUNCED AFTER 5PM ON A FRIDAY. Power currupts absolute power currupts absolutely.
I`m going out to punch cops in DC tonight,
IT`S LEGAL !!!
As much as I despise McKinney, this is a good thing because it takes the wind out of their "culture of corruption" sail when they start arguing that Rove should be fired even though he wasn't indicted.
Who among us is surprised?
At the very most, she was going to receive a small fine and perhaps some community service. That was her worst case scenario if she was CONVICTED.
Indicting a Democrat politician in DC is practically impossible. Convicting is even tougher.
It's probably better for us that she got away with it because it makes us amgry, and angry people vote.
Peterson is always entertaining, this should be good.
George Washingtons were better.
That's a good analysis... I wonder if there will be any evaluation of who made up the Grand Jury... and if racial bias had anything to do with the conclusions not to pursue an indictment.
Well, we now have an aristocracy.
Oh ye of great naivete...she's a democrat! and she is also black. She will not get the connection, She was untouchable before - now she is super-sheilded. I predict she will be even worse
Great graphic. Alas, far too many tap-dancing 'Rats, and a legal system that has one set of laws for the ruling class, and another for the rest of us. If I'd sucker-punched a policeman, I'm sure I'd be staying at the Gray-Bar Hotel.
Sur Prize Sur Prize. Sha-zayam"
Either that, or there was an absolutely sucktastic DA working this case.
You know better than to expect an analysis of the grand jury in this case. That would be SOOO politically incorrect.
The media might even hesitate if they knew it was made up entirely of white rednecks.
(Something that would be impossible in DC)
