You don't think he's had priors? He's been to rehab before, that's usually after a DWI.That's what I mean. If this were New York and he had a prior conviction for DWI (as opposed to DWAI), then a second DWI conviction within ten years of the first conviction is a felony.

That's a good question, Sentz. Where's the mug shot? It's public record. I hope some reporter digs it up ( it would end up being a non-MSM reporter of course ).
Also, was he fingerprinted like anyone else would be? I want to know. It's also public record. I DEMAND to know, Mr. Pinch Sulzberger and Mr. Geraldo Rivera.
If Patches was finger-printed his fingertips would be stained. He'd probably explain that by waving his hand to his fans on the way out of police headquarters claiming the fingers were stained purple from voting at 3:00 AM at the Capitol building.
